After Wife Receives Divorce Windfall, Berlusconi Calls Judges “Feminists and Communists”

by W.F. Price on January 10, 2013

Although perhaps not too many people will sympathize with multibillionaire playboy Silvio Berlusconi, who is notorious for spending time and money on young beauties, it’s refreshing to see someone with a voice calling it as it is where family court is concerned.

After being ordered to pay his ex-wife nearly $50 million per year in alimony (she will receive four times the average Italian yearly salary per day), Berlusconi said the amount was determined by three feminists and a communist (is there really much of a difference?).

Hopefully, we’ll see more and more men come out and call it like it is. When the powerful begin to feel some of the affliction that hounds ordinary men in divorce, it suddenly becomes news.

I wonder how much traction the MRM is gaining in Italy.

All the men that cant find jobs and here’s a woman getting 50 million a year just for being a woman. I guarantee you that if she was the one having all those affairs Berlusconi would still be paying her $50 million a year. If women didn’t have everything handed to them they might be more well-behaved.

And the worst part is that as men stop going out of their way to intervene on behalf of women the state will use that as an excuse to redistribute even more resources and grab even more power. Women don’t deserve equality or any political power whatsoever.

Despite our best efforts the feminist virus has proved uncontainable. The vulnerability of a head of state tell us the contagion is beginning to eat at the root now. It won’t be long before the end.

The social and economic costs of feminism are just one of the destabilizing forces in this bankster plundered world. The great reset is coming but it’s not necessarily something to celebrate. Decades after Russia’s last reset (the fall of the Soviet Union) poverty is still widespread. But chaos, human misery and devastation aside, any change is an opportunity.

No one should ever have to pay alimony. Child custody, (pay what this woman and the court says while being denied the right to see your child or we cage you) is nothing short of kidnapping and extortion. But at least that ends when the child turns into an adult at the age of 18. What possible excuse could be given for alimony? She’s an adult.

Sounds like Bader-Ginsburg, Sotomayor, Kagan and Breyer.
They “interpret” the Constitution through a post-modern/progressive lens…which translated means social justice for women.

Perhaps he should have had the courage to attack feminism while he was in power.

Italy has one of the lowest fertility rates in the world and its possible there won’t be an Italian people 100 years from now.

You’d think that would be motivation enough.

Dear cybro,

My impression is that Berlusconi is a natural alpha, and knows nothing of Game or MR issues (yet), and that if he were not a natural he 1) would not have been able to cavort with all those beautiful young women and 2) would still be paying $50M/yr anyway. Which situation would you prefer to experience? I’m guessing that even if his ex-wife bleeds him dry financially, he’ll still be boffing more hotter, younger, and tighter (HYT) babes than I’ll ever meet while his genetic celebrity ex-wife ages off into withered cronage, having to settle for B-, C- and eventually D-list consorts, a similarly situated woman, or a houseful of cats.

Says who? Child support can continue, and routinely does, until the “children” (if we can call legal adults, children, the courts do) finish schooling. Age 22 or until a stupid judge (but I repeat myself) says they are old enough he need not pay any more.

Amazingly, in most states, though the father is ordered to pay child support to the mother because the offspring is going to college, the mother is not required to give it to the kid for school expenses. Usually, they do, but court cases over the year say the man can be forced to fork it out, but nothing forces the mother to support her kid in college. Not even when she receives money for that purpose.

I was in court this morning with a friend of mine who is going through a bitter divorce. In one of the other cases, a woman who is getting 1900 per month in child support plus 250 per month for the kids’ sports and dance lessons, was asking the judge to retroactively award her a few thousand dollars in what are called Section 7 Expenses here in Canada.

Basically, this woman was complaining that she has to spend the child support on the kids, so the father should pay an additional few hundred dollars per month so that none of the child support payments had to pay for dance and hockey expenses. While the Judge today was a pretty reasonable man, I suspect that he will order the father to pay the woman.

I think we might be looking at this the wrong way.

Perhaps we should become marxist-socialists. We can gather together in social justice gangs, err groups, and attack the 1% or the 5%. They are all women anyways. Who is down for some redistribution?

Not until they get bite hard will they take notice . With Ten billion in revenue , And no way to get it the feminist have taking to the mangina police to handle it for them .
It seems like the NFL has embraced this as a way to structure salaries . Any Method of reducing salaries is accepted . But not until A few of the Billionaires get bite by the Dogs they are feeding will they scream .
Like in this case .
I would think a few letters of warning should be sent to the NFL and all billionaires to remind them about feeding the wolves .

Even though we would have to wait till after 2016; would it not be the greatest gift ever if Biden or Obama got frivorced by their wives and went into family courts? Merely for the fact they can never be the alpha they once were in their wives eyes?

It would be truly awesome if they lost their post presidential benefits like a new tax funded office to their wives post judgement! Hahahahahaha

Joeb, if he’s a billionaire, it’s not 5% of his income, but 5% of his assets. Which means that his assets would have to increase at more than 5% per year for him to be able to fund the payments to his ex-wife — good luck with that happening, in these days of 0.01% returns on CDs!

A better analogy is if you were elderly and living off your accumulated savings, and the court ordered that that savings account be depleted and given to your ex-wife so quickly that you literally couldn’t afford to stay alive another 20 years, because at that time you’ll still have to make payments but will no longer have any money in the bank, and you’ll be too old to work and earn more.

Italy is fucked up nowadays but Greece is still pretty safe. i have relatives there and from from what ive heard, alimony is rarely given, and the only way an ex wife can make a serious c laim on a man’s assets is if the man cheated, but she needs proof; she can’t cry wolf and have the judge behind her.

Im seriously considering getting married there.

Perhaps we should become marxist-socialists. We can gather together in social justice gangs, err groups, and attack the 1% or the 5%. They are all women anyways. Who is down for some redistribution?

There is a contingent of MRA’s that put forth the notion men are the real victims through time and therefore deserve “grievance group” status. Men are “disposable” because nations send them to die in wars and men are “utilities” because they slave their lives away providing for a woman and her children.

Imagine if a group of adults, men and women, formed a grievance group for “adult rights” or ARA’s because children have so many more rights than adults do – they even have their very own hospitals. They’d be viewed as insane. That’s how MRA’s are viewed.

…would it not be the greatest gift ever if Biden or Obama got frivorced by their wives and went into family courts?

Back when Obama was a community organizer and his wife was making coin as a lawyer/PR hack VP for U of Chicago Hospitals, she had divorce papers drawn up but never filed them. I doubt she’d divorce him after his tenure is up. It would be like divorcing Jesus Christ. It might end up being a Clintonian marriage of convenience.

Biden’s wife will never divorce him because she’s an idiot.

Marry in the Philippines, there is no divorce there. But better is to not marry at all. I chose the former and it has worked out OK so far, which is all you can say of any relationship with a woman. My wife does not have the threat point of divorcing me and taking me to the cleaners that all women in the US have and pull out at the slightest provocation.

She shouldn’t get any money.

She should PAY BACK all the financial profit that she took from him during the marriage.
And since he’s obviously the breadwinner, he should get complete custody of the children.

But since he had all female judges, it turned out completely different.

Where is the justice in this?

It doesn’t matter that he’s very rich, this is just extremely unfair and humiliating.

I’m not holding my breath about him sponsoring the MRM or whatever, the elites can’t relate to the commoners at all anymore. Some of them never even had to learn basic skills like how to not get lost without a chauffeur. If they weren’t using redistribution to concentrate the world’s wealth among them I might feel some kind of pity for them.

Alimony began in the days when women werent allowed to be educated or have jobs – if a man disowned his woman he was supposed to pay for her upkeep. Makes sense for those days.
This newfangled nonsense of handing chicks millions of dollars for doing nothing is a sick disgraceful form of theft. There is nothing that Berlusconi’s wife or Tiger Woods’ wife did that made them exceptional in comparison to the wife of an average Joe. But when Average Joe divorces, his wife gets a few thousand. When Berlusconi or Woods divorce, the ex gets millions. It is senseless. There should be a cap on alimony, perhaps around the average annual salary of a citizen.

Advice to avoid marriage is certainly a good idea but what do we do when the feminists and their government drones and stooges begin to go after non married couples?

There is some evidence that this has indeed been happening in some quarters. I remember hearing as early as c.1978 about “palimony”, where a live-in girlfriend sued for, and received, money for the discontinued relationship. It wasn’t a LOT of money, but it certainly showed that women will not let a little thing called “marriage” get in the way of personal pecuniary
