A woman who took her husband for a house and lifetime alimony payments after a judge ruled that she was disabled and unable to work was caught boasting of her dancing exploits on Facebook and promptly brought to court by her ex-husband.
Dorothy McGurk, the belly-dancing alimony recipient, was fond of showing off to her friends, telling them “My belly-dancing is the reason why I adore myself so much … Even though I dance everyday, it’s not enough. It won’t be enough until I dance for you all, until you feel my euphoria.”
When asked why she didn’t post photos, she wrote “Gotta be careful what goes on line pookies. The ex would love to fry me with that.”
Apparently, that was enough. When asked to explain herself in court, she claimed she was prescribed belly dancing, a claim her doctor denied under oath.
The judge stripped her of her alimony payments, ordered her to pay $5,000 in attorney fees, and told her to get out of the house.
Imagining this scene playing out in court, I think I can feel her ex-husband’s euphoria.

My ‘gawd’ the narcissistic personality really is hard to miss once one has
been ‘edgumacated’ by Dr. P. on these types of ‘wimmins.’

About this time last year I was in the Bar talking to an acquaintance who was resting on a stick and explaining how her back forced her to support herself in that manner. Sometime later that evening, there being a Disco, I found said woman dancing unaided. I suggested to her that there was clearly nothing wrong with her back. She tried to explain that under the influence of a little alcohol etc she could dance unaided. I remained unconvinced. Is this possible?
She was married but receives some sort of disability benefit from the state. Her female friend, similarily affected, was also dancing.

She should be prosecuted for perjury and contempt of court. Was she getting “disability” payments? throw in welfare fraud if she was. After all- it’s how any man would be treated.

That is poetic justice. It would be worth a belly laugh if it not had been a fraud on the court and unfair judgment previously to the ex-husband. if she had claimed lap dancing it might have worked. Wikipedia on Belly dancing.

She is a parasitic fraudster who likely has pathological psychosis and if one looked at her life history, it probably would be easy to conclude that she has had this attitude for years and will continue to be a hazard to any man unlucky enough to encounter her.

I have long advised you guys on the benefits of dance and gabardines.
And sorry, “lap dancing” is not dancing. It’s a mockery of everything dancers hold sacred. Same for “pole dancing”. It’s an outrage, and an affront to the very nature of man.

…she claimed she was prescribed belly dancing…
“Belly dancing will cure what ails you. Yes, you heard right, belly dancing.” said the doctor in all seriousness.
She needed to cry. Crying is always a last resort and can sometimes work depending on the judge. You can hire acting coaches that will teach you how to do it with all the sincerity of a battered wife or victim of an evil man.

Of all the low things I have successfully done to get circumstances in my favor, the one thing I NEVER did was talk about any of it or behave in any way that would have jeopardized my good fortune. So complete is this strategy that I will, if I must, live and act differently for as long as it is necessary, which isnt long. I couldnt imagine telling a story that locked me into a lifetime of altered behavior. That is an undertaking that is far beyond my scope of motivations.
If someone did start that long con, then they need to be uber perepared to carry it out. If she wanted to belly dance, she’d have had to go to another town to do it and NEVER EVER talk about it to anyone. The fact that she was so brazen that she thought she could get by with this baffles even the most astute of my attempts to just understand. With what little she said, he could have easily hired a PI to come after her. Conversely, she didnt even have the good sense, or so it appears, to block her ex from her facebook page from the beginning. Did she really think that only pictures could land her in trouble? Someone tell this woman that a murder confession is all about words and can get a person locked up for a significant portion of their life.
There is so much stupid in her mind that I couldnt be around her for long before I started insulting her about it.

Ah, technology. It really is making it harder for men to escape and go ghost. But the good news is, it’s making it MUCH harder to lie and get away with it. As feminism is society’s greatest lie, expect technology to keep undermining it.

Well at least the man is finally Free of the financial burden even if he won’t get his already paid alimony and rent back.
Several years ago I was listening to a woman complain about how her ex was trying to hide income from her so he wouldn’t have to pay higher support and about how wrong it was. Her next sentence was about her working under the table so she wouldn’t have to pay taxes and effect the amount she got in support. When I pointed out the double standard she called me a woman hater and stomped off.
No punishment nor exposure of their ways will ever make an impression but somewhere out there is now some dumbass beta guy thinking he has a shot at a belly dancer as she sets up her next victim. Men better learn soon.

As to the question of increased mobility after alcohol inebriation:
The answer is yes.
Many afflictions cause muscular tension and must be relaxed before the patient
can have mobility of movement.
Alcohol does also have a pain-killing effect, especially combined with Pain killers.
Many patients could quite possibly exhibit flexibility of movement on a temporary basis.
(the price to be delayed until later)

Mens near complete lack of response to the abusive ideology of female imperialism has made women feel that men should support any sort of poor behavior on their part. They have developed such huge ego’s it can be used against them. That and the femperialists hatred for children was why I was figured I would win.
Recently, our femperialists have gone even farther. They are tired of the hard work of berating, belittling and falsly accusing men. They are now outsourcing this arduous task to men. They are asking men to “step up and stop men” from ever saying the words…NO. That what the Good Man site is. A bunch of mangina’s heading the call of their overlords. That’s what it sounds like in two seconds of listening to these whinning weiners.
Think about the gall this woman had to brazenly put her stories and pics online.
My ex did similar. I had no interest in spying on my son’s mom, but, when she filed again, it was on.
Once I found one, I back tracked to the many many pics. It was so bad I warned her taking me to court was not a good idea.
I think she was so blinded by hubris, like this woman, she didn’t think I would find them.
She almost had a heart attack, when, at 15 minutes before the absolute deadline my attorney delivered the evidence to her attorney.
The reason, legally why I presented them was to blow her angel act to the judge.
The judge didn’t like what I did.
But I won.

You have my curiosity perked. What exactly was it the judge didn’t like? If it was legal and had bearing why would a judge (outside of a feminist one) have a personal taste?

I was accused of trying to “Influence” the court. I was fined 3K. Then I was given a lecture on how it doesn’t matter if a person is good in alotting custody, only that they are competent parents.
He then proceeded to give me everything I asked for.
I think his motivation may have been to not give her grounds for an appeal.
She just waited a year and refiled trying to out spend me. Same exact case. She claimed there was a change in circumstances but there was none, the court doesn’t care, they’ll here any case filed by a woman.
I had to do some fancy foot work to stop that business.

I was going to post this last week but I figured someone else would find it. But let’s remember that this is NY not Cal. or Washington and who knows what would happen in those community property States(NY is equitable distribution) and was the last State to allow no fault divorce and it’s still really not the same as other places.
Anyone who posts on Facebook and gives out personal information is a fool.It was set up by the CIA which is an information gathering agency. There’s nothing wrong with this because that’s what they’re paid to do. They have always recruited people from college campuses and have scouts looking for promising professors or students.Rarely do the recruited “agents” even know who they’re working for because the CIA are experts in doing these things in a very subtle manner and the professor may just think that he’s on some sort of committee and has no idea that he’s even being paid by the CIA. The kid who “invented” that college social network was probably spotted and his idea was promoted (probably unknown to him) by the people behind the scenes into what is now Facebook. Great idea. You get millions of people to give you information without even having to go to the expense of collecting it and having someone else store it for you. They have plenty of money and don’t care about some kid becoming rich and in fact it’s good propaganda for those 20 somethings who think they can get rich too.
Years ago people used to say that Timothy Leary, a Harvard professor, was a CIA agent. Whether he was aware of it or not it makes perfect sense. He was doing experiments with LSD which was legal at the time and the CIA was interested in using various drugs for brainwashing and interrogation so I can see how they’d want to see his data.
Facebook and all of these type sites are just one more layer of info they have to use to create profiles on people. They already have names and pictures just from the motor vehicle depts. (most people have driving licenses) passports etc In some places cops even fingerprint kids to “protect” them in case they get abducted (more hysteria). And of course these days where insurance covers medical costs they have that info on you too.
You’re living in a police state and don’t even know it.

Mickey-yes, it didn’t go all the way for the man’s benefit but she really got the bare minimum which is what 2 years with some minimal payment is. You can’t completely cut the female out anywhere but at least he got a better deal than usual. Yes, he’s losing about $10k paid over the next 2 years but that’s only because of the bullshit about her being disabled and it’s worth it rather than spending money on lawyers to fight a small sum.

Did you notice that the judge in the case was a woman, too? That makes it even better. A woman judge taking away another woman’s alimony.
But reading this story makes me sick for the fact that this archaic alimony is still practiced in America. The woman was awarded alimony payments of $850 a month for life, just because she told the judge in the divorce court that she was unable to work.
$850 a month FOR LIFE. I could LIVE on that.
And she gets this for what? Because she was married to some guy for a few years? Fuck that.
This is why I will not marry.
I will NOT agree, when signing up to marry someone, that if she divorces me that I will pay her $850 a month for life! That is not part of the deal! No deal!

We need a whole lot more accountability on the part of both alimony recipients as well as child care recipients. Alimony recipients should be audited by third parties appointed by the court, to make sure the money is being used for retraining, so that the recipient is able to get a good job, and then support themselves. Child care recipients should be similarly audited to make sure the money is actually being spent on the children involved.

Ms. Mcgurk,
I understand you’re having some financial difficulties so I though I’d inform you that my kitchen floor needs some scrubbing for which I pay $10 per hour. While you’re at it, I like a nice pastrami sandwich in the afternoon and enjoy a little belly dance performance with my lunch which I assume will be of no extra charge since you’re past your expiration date. You might want to hold off on the bonbons before bed time as your ass looks like the titanic. Best wishes etc etc.

As for police state, it became very obvious to me when I returned from abroad and got worked over by customs. They got especially angry when the Magnum XXXtra Large condoms fell out of my bag. I made it a point to always carry the xxxtra small brand after that so they would let me through with a smirk on their face. Look I’m no Johnny Wadd but snappin a rubber band around my old woodie was always a mood killer, so I went for the extra room even though it was more appropriate for a mop handle.

The thing that gets me with this is not so much that she’s a cheat, it’s the sense of entitlement these women have for something that belongs to the guy and they really have no right to claim.
Look, you’ve got the 1950′s story of the dedicated stay-at-home mom raising 4 or 5 children who are all under 12. Dad decides to run off with his secretary and dump his wife and children.
Now, we’ve got the 2011 story of a wife who wants to dump her husband after a few years but wants to keep the income and life style. That’s the injustice. If she wants the income and life style, she should make the marriage work because it goes hand-in-hand with the husband. She gets to keep what she wants and dispose of the rest while he gets nothing in the deal.
We all know the laws are biased. But what gets me is that your average John and Jane on the street believe the same. They have in mind the 1950′s story while what’s happening today is different.

This actually happened to me, nearly the same. I was ordered to pay $2000/month alimony after 12 year marriage. Well my ex one day changed her last name on Facebook (9 months after divorce). The rest is history, no more alimony. Ever. I didnt even have to produce a marriage certificate, just a printout of her facebook page. She denied getting married to me, but not to the court. Maybe she was afraid of fraud charges, because that’s we she was headed with all her denials.

Yeah I find it disgusting that any person, wife, judge…, would think that when a mature adult decides to divorce that some other mature adult should support them. I understand if the earner walks away without notice – especially if there are children. but a mature person who has had the privilege of staying at home not working, can only be considered some sort of entitled victim in a culture that has completely lost its values.

Look how easy it is for a stupid a women to fraudulently use the law to steal from a man. She clearly broke the law, but her punishment is reduced benefits only after she exposes herself (no pun) for wrong doing. The fems did a first class job in engineering this. Sort of no women left behind.

In NY there’s talk of building yet another registry just for men – a DV one this time, to go with the child support and sex offender registries.
It can’t have escaped notice that they tend to be creating a whole mass of crimes which only men seem to be guilty of. Women can do damned near anything.
Women said they wanted equality, so we should start with a divorce/alimony/visitation registry, then move on to other badly needed registries to bring them up to equal representation. Men are in danger! Sorry, I lost my head there for a sec…

“Did you notice that the judge in the case was a woman, too? That makes it even better. A woman judge taking away another woman’s alimony.”
Women care a lot about their social networks with various groups of other women (and beta men) but don’t care much about individual women; compound this with her being employed by the Government. The ex-husband is still useful in paying taxes along with not being outright hostile towards the system (just his ex). The woman by contrast EXPOSED the system with her behavior and the judge also might have been ticked off by a lower status woman undermining the authority of the judge and her network through deciet.
A male judge would have just told him to man up and pay for his ex regardless because she is has a vagina (and likely a romanticist). A female judge however doesn’t care that the defendant was a woman; she’ll side with whoever gives HER social newtork (the justice system) more prestiege in which case was the man as the defendant was a cunt.

All that is required to receive benefits in family court is a pussy.

“The woman by contrast EXPOSED the system with her behavior and the judge also might have been ticked off by a lower status woman undermining the authority of the judge and her network through deciet.”
I think you’re on to something there. I’ve watched a number of local and regional stories evolve in my neck of the woods, and many times when city hall or the cops or some other organ of the system gets embarrassed by a whistleblower or by some private citizen who short-circuited the bureaucracy (eg. organized an ‘illegal’ little league tourney) or took matters into his own hands (eg. self-defense against a criminal in his home), it gets nasty.
The powers that be HATE being made a fool of, and you can fully expect that they will do everything within their legal authority to make you, and anyone associated with you, regret it. They’ll back off a bit if there’s media attention, but the first chance they get they will (figuratively) haul you into the back alley and kneecap you. Or they’ll just file you away on their Shit List and put the screws to you later when you come hat in hand to the Almighty civil service and try to get a business license or something.
