Rapist Babies Ad Sponsor Responds to Outrage by Calling Police

by W.F. Price on February 8, 2011

Josh Jasper, CEO of Dubuque Riverview Center, received a heated response on Riverview’s Youtube page following a critical write-up here on The Spearhead highlighting a rather hateful ad portraying a baby boy as a rapist. Evidently, the imagery and tone of the ad, which contrasts a cute infant boy with overtones of blame and condemnation, pushed people’s buttons. What I found particularly notable was that female commenters with sons responded very negatively to the ad. It would be difficult for anyone who has a son to avoid taking that ad personally, so the emotional response is understandable.

According to the Des Moines Register, Jasper claims to have received death threats, which he said prompted him to hide certain aspects of his identity and call the police:

…thanks to YouTube, the ad has triggered an international firestorm and death threats for the Dubuque man, who heads a nonprofit advocacy group for victims of sexual assault and domestic violence.

In a letter to Jasper’s bosses, an Australian viewer called Jasper a “man hater” and a “mangina” who should be fired. Another viewer put it this way: “You would be better off dead.”

Jasper, the president and chief executive officer of Riverview Center in Dubuque, said the backlash prompted him to call police and change his personal information on Facebook from a married father to “single.”

I’m not sure the comments highlighted represent the threats he alleges, but if so I’ve received much more explicit ones than that in my inbox.

In any event, I’m glad nobody threatened Mr. Jasper on The Spearhead, and I think our readers generally know better than to do so. However, although we should take care not to threaten people with physical harm or any criminal acts, condemning the ad and calling for his dismissal from Riverview is fair play. I doubt it will happen, because while you can get away with targeting even babies so long as they are male, merely slighting a female colleague is career suicide these days.

But things do change. One baby step at a time.

Josh Jasper is an idiot plain and simple. He’s a prime example of the brainwashed mangina type that we should all find absolutely disgusting.

Now that that’s off my chest, I do hope the guy’s career is hurt by this stupid ad campaign. Maybe the pain and suffering he goes through will open his eyes to everything. I sincerely hope his eyes are opened and he joins the ranks of men who’ve woken up from the estrogen-filled dream that feminists would have us live in.

*shakes his head* What a frakken git.

I was just looking at the site my comment from about 36 hours ago is 14 pages back and it gained 1800 views since then. I am extremely happy for this and all of the down votes. I never advocated violence in my post, but have advocated for a response video possibly, and thanked “Josh” for angering and mobilizing men to see this crud for what it is. Reap what you sow, he sowed hated against men with that ad, and now he is seeing it back, the law of unintended consequences is sometimes quite fitting. Steak with a side of Murphy if you will….I love it.

Death Threats? Is he going for the sympathy vote – and do I believe a word of it????? It was a terrible ad because although it is possible that the very child in the ad will grow up to one day hit a woman 99.% of men are appalled by the idea of assaulting a woman.

However this nonsense continues, as I see that in London on 5th March there will be a march protesting against violence to women (led by none other than the wife of ‘clunking fist’ himself (Mrs Brown).

Let me tell you just how much men are opposed to hitting women:

One August Bank Holiday I decided to take wander to the old part of town , in the early evening. Out of the corner of my eye I spied a young couple debating heatedly. I looked away but the man had seen me. The woman (who was obviously either unconcerned about violence or keen to be hit) was standing – as they always do – inches from the man. I forgot about it. but then turning a corner the man passed me in what I took to be a menacing way. I decided to return home. About four hundred yards up the hill I was attacked from behind by the man. He was very drunk and we fell to the ground – as we did I turned him over got up and hobbled off (I had a sciatica). I was worried that any passing policeman would gain the wrong impression. I reported the matter next day but the police weren’t intereted (I was a man after all) – so that never got into the official statistics.

I ask, rhetorically, why didn’t the man assault his girlfriend rather than me.!!!

Byt the way, I live in the centre of town. In the summer when it is hot, tempers fray and there are fights, BUT I have NEVR (subject to one weird example) seen any instance of a woman being assaulted. It is always men . So how about a campaign to stop violence against men, as they are the main (usually only) victims of violence???????????????????????????????????

Speaking of nonsense, I’m poking around looking for evidence of the 100k hookers at the super bowl. According to the linked article/police there were “23 adult prostitution arrests from Wednesday through Sunday, though they noted they do not know how many were related to the festivities or people surrounding the Super Bowl.” There was a single arrest of an underage girl but she hadn’t actually had any “dates” yet.

When I read the story the first thing I thought was the guy who brought the underage girl and her sister probably found out what a profitable place the super bowl is for child prostitutes by seeing or hearing some of the unsubstantiated hysteria in the mass media. It was everywhere and I bet this criminal scumbag believed it and thought he’d make big bucks. What a dumbass. He didn’t make a dime and he’s going to jail.

Zzzzzzzzzzzz…… Seriously, is there a single one of these girly men manginas anywhere in the world who doesn’t claim to have gotten death threats? Claiming to receive death threats is the mangina equivalent of claiming to have been in the crowd at the Sex Pistol’s first gig. Is there a single case of one actually being, y’know, killed? Ever?

Meanwhile, some of us are wondering, since Josher the Tosser equates mild social criticism with a horse’s head in the bed, what does he think claiming even babies need to be treated as rapists counts as? Is calling someone a rapist meant to make people have warm feelings towards him? If, for the sake of his whiny argument, calling a mangina what he surely is constitutes a death threat, calling someone a rapist surely vaults over the bar for incitement.

People like Josh are actually very weak. They get their protection from others, like a mafia don, they have enforcers.

But they themselves hide away. He has probably helped women legally kidnap hundreds if not thousands of children from their fathers.

He is the real face of human trafficking, legalized kidnapping is his method.

He’s probably hiding because he know’s how many people he hurt, and, deep down inside, he knows he’s guilty as sin.

There is a special place in hell for people like him.

That ad pushed my buttons. I sent some nasty E-mails. And, you can view my hot-headed comments on YouTube (some are irrational – these things happen to me when my blood gets boiling).

I made no threats of violence to anybody however – eventhough I was absolutely furious over the video.

I am planning to write a letter to US Bank, and inform them that one of their employees sponsors this organization – and tell them to have her withdraw, resign, or I’ll take my money elsewhere.

If they show grown men and say, “This is a rapist” – I get upset.

If they show a young man and say, “This is a rapist” – I get more upset.

If they show a boy and say, “This is a rapist” – I get very angry.

When they show a baby and say, “This is a rapist” – I see red, I fail to recognize acquaintances, and I am in full rage mode. There is no stopping me. Angry – yes. Shouting – Yes. Four-letter-words – yes.

Threats of violence or actual violence – no.

As appalled as I was by the video, I can control myself that much.

The video exceeded any bounds of human decency – but I often think that the feminists want us to go into a blind rage of violence.

Do not let the feminists control you – control yourself, and control your temper.

Luckily, Josh has great fortitude, and he decided “to call police and change his personal information on Facebook from a married father to “single.””, which reminded me of a TV ad for mobile phone service that’s running (“Look, I just changed my Facebook status to single. and finally, this:

In the summer when men fight, I hear a commotion, so I go to my window to watch and this is what I se:

Two men about ten yards apart. A stand of;, insults; and then one of them thinking he has the advantage rushes in, a few punches a kick or two and it is usually all over quickly (women screaming encouragement -women love male violence).

When as in the case I mentioned, it is a man and a woman, the woman stands inches from the man. I conclude, either, thay are too stupid to be scared (possible) or they are standing so close in the hope that the man will lash out . Of course the moment he does, he will look bad and she will be able to play her ‘victim card’.

What is sad is that in his circle, and among the politicians who fund them, he will be seen as a martyr who fell prey to the rampant misogyny on the internet, which only reflects how badly people in the real world want women harmed, or just want to rape them. That will result in more sympathy for his center, more donations, more lobbying and thus more public funding. Well to aid your learning how about seeing violence against children which creates yet more violent people as a people on people, not just a male on female thing. How about showing how violent women, including pedo women, need to be countered to stop violence and the creation of more violence.

Josh Jasper wrote: “There is also no question that we all, myself included, have much to learn in this work.”

Mr. Jasper, the issue many people are having with your AD has nothing to do with your goal of violence reduction. The issue has to do with the means in which you are communicating your intentions.

Simple question, how do you think your AD would of be received if instead of showing a white male baby, it would of shown any race and/or a female baby?

Of course, that AD would of most likely never been allowed to air, as it borders on hate-speech.

@JJ: How about inverting the gender roles in the next video? Research in social science shows that men have an inherent inhibition to hit members of the opposite sex whereas the reverse case is not true. Then, shouldn’t it be more appropriate to depict women as abusers? Is it, even if at fault, women are always the victims and men always the offender?

@Josh
There’s something far more sinister going on out there than “violence”. And it’s the perpetual villification of the male gender in the mass media.
Your approach only further adds to this.

No one among us condones violence or actively engages in violent acts. What we DO want is fair and EQUAL representation of the female sex enaging in such acts. Yes, believe or not they’re just as culpable and should be held equally accountable.

Now I realize this may have a negative impact on your campaign, but if you were intellectually honest, and I don’t doubt you are not, you’d take a serious and heartfelt look at the female half of the violence equation.

And thanks for coming here an posting.

You may disagree with certain points that I or Riverview Center make, but the fact is that people are talking about sexual and domestic violence and debating how violence prevention can be realized.

If Josh were serious about ending domestic violence, he would address the other half of the equation. That is, that women are the primary abusers of children.

That is to say, children are most likely to first learn violence from their primary abuser. And abused children have a higher likelihood to go on to become abusive adults.

From Child Maltreatment 2002 (Administration for Children and Families. Child Maltreatment 2002. Department of Health and Human Services, Washington, D.C., 2002. Based on data collected via the National Child Abuse and Neglect Data System – NCANDS, National Clearinghouse on Child Abuse and Neglect Information):
1) We know that women comprised 58.3% of the perpetrators of child abuse and men comprised 41.7% (Figure 5-1 of the Child Maltreatment Report and accompanying Table 5-1, Age and Sex of Perpetrators );
2) We also know that 32.6% of child fatalities were perpetrated by the mother acting alone, while 16.6% of child fatalities were perpetrated by the father acting alone (Figure 4-2 of the Child Maltreatment Report, Fatalities by Perpetrator Relationship). That is to say: Approximately twice as many mothers as fathers are responsible for the fatalities of their children.

Actually, there is a bigger part to this half which also relates to the choices that women make, as per my most recent post.

Boys need to see positive images of manhood, not to be browbeaten about violence against women and the rarity of rape. Positive images of manhood would go a lot further than promoting myths about domestic violence and rape.

Instead you focus on a tiny demented segment of our population and exploit babies to get your hollow and tasteless viewpoint across about violence.

There seems to be a strong implication in the rebuttals that only rapists would get angry at a video like that.

I disagree. Rapists love videos like the one from Riverview because videos like that normalize and vindicate them.

Instead of being emotionally ill individuals who are anomalous and need help, these videos portray rapists as normal men and likely rapists see that and say to themselves ‘I’m not a victim acting out a my abuse, I’m just doing what other guys don’t have the balls to do’.

This ad does nothing but encourage rapists by normalizing them and shame normal men who would never rape.

You want to stop rapists?

You have to reconnect them to the abuse they suffered that motivated them to rape. You have to make them see themselves as victims, as powerless, because they rape to deny their lack of power, to ‘make it right’.

Showing them an ad that says they rape because they are ‘powerful’, ‘tough’, ‘aggressive’, ‘strong’ only encourages the self-deluded fix they’ve developed to deal with their own abuse.

Relegated to man-caves, hobbies pushed out to the garage, now they have their favorite sporting event sprinkled with ‘rape is bad’ messages. I think most men know that already! Somebody doesn’t want men to have fun…first the concocted ‘more women are beaten on Super Bowl Sunday than any other day of the year’ and now this. I have zero interest in most sports, but I think that as one of life’s pleasures for many, you should leave it the hell alone.

As far as your Bingo game goes, I don’t think your problem lies with the viewers but with the sponsors. If your organization thinks baring flesh is ‘objectifying’ women, that crude language should not be allowed, those are things you need to take up with the individual corporations that produce those commercials. That’s what I do.

As far as stripping, women wrestling and dripping(three examples off the Bingo card) , until women refuse to be strippers, to wrestle or drip, or to portray such characters, you’re going to see women stripping and wrestling and dripping. You can’t ‘raise awareness’ of viewers of a sporting event for objectification of women in ads they have nothing to do with creating, and that women appear in voluntarily.

@Josh Jasper

“”“the energy and passion that so many of you display in your comments could be channeled into positive action that would lead to ending violence. Maybe you are already doing that, and if so, I would like to learn from you.”””

Absolutely! I am definitely channeling all my energies into positive action for me, that will make society that much better for women as well.

You see, ads such as yours made me aware of the facts and figures that show just how dangerous mischanneled masculinity can be. I have done my best to never hurt a woman or a child, and so far I have 100% success. But Biology is a harsh mistress, and no matter how hard I try the ID monster is always lurking in the reptilian parts of our brains.

Thus, I decided that the best solution was to reduce the potential/future victims exposure to myself, and thus withdraw from society as much as possible. This should make it a better place for women and children, and by refusing to support the patriarchal oligarchy that currently dominates the world (I was going to say “western world”, but it is truly a global problem), I also am helping women further their liberation agenda and break through the glass ceilings imposed on them by the top men.

Leaves me more time to go fishing as well, it really is a win/win. Only ones who lose are the oppressors. Best of luck in the feminine society, I am sure you will reap ample rewards for your efforts.

Response to Josh.

People at this site are working toward creating domestic tranquility by attempting to point out that the lack of domestic tranquility is a result of un-virtuous women, who make un-virtuous wives, who make un-virtuous decisions, and make un-virtuous children who then get in un-virtuous domestic relationships with other un-virtuous people that are also the product of un-virtuous mothers and domestic mayhem is the result. Want to do something about domestic violence? Do something about the root cause. Un-virtuous women.

If he were truly a wily character, a media genius, he would have had a negro baby rather than white (as someone alluded above). The Sh*t storm would have been HUGE; Rev Al, Jesse, The NAACP, etc!

That’s the whole idea behind these one shot Super Bowl ads.

1) Small outfit blows half their marketing budget on controversial ad.
2) EVERYONE talks about the ad for days, adding to the momentum.
3) Small company issues profuse apology, and retracts ad on YouTube.
4) Small company get’s enormous worldwide attention for product for peanuts.

Here’s an original idea Josh! Put together a co-branding strategy with a breast cancer research charity; because we can never have enough of those either. “Misandrist’s for the Cure” Or go crazy and get your very own trademark color, (fyi – pink, yellow, blue, red, blue and white, purple, mauve and chartreuse are already taken).

To Mr. Jaspers I wish to clear up a matter from my previous comment on another thread.
In that comment I wrote:

It is obvious what the creators of this ad are trying to say but is it even obvious to them?

It is understood what your ad wished to say. Or, at least this was obvious to me. To prevent rapes upon women we must teach or reach our (male) children (real) early in their life (to respect and not abuse females/women).
The juxtaposition of the adult and the infant was not totally lost on one viewer (tough, strong, aggressive, etc., – how our culture allegedly raises boys to be and how our enculturated men allegedly perpetuates that beingness upon females through ‘rape’).
But the conflation and imagery of the innocent (male) infant along side of that much despised and maligned of all creatures was what drove my vision of your ad off the rails. It was the image. Especially that of an innocent child being mixed together with an image of rape and its perpetrator.
Images are influential and last longer than mere words. Those mutually exclusive images, I think, was the obvious that escaped the view of the ad creators.

You, Josh, expressed your willingness to learn from whomever cares to write here. You learned that there is a sector of men who will not tolerate this image duality of male infant/rapist portrayal. Nice try, but don’t do that again. Otherwise you’ll be hearing more from us.
And if you care to look further at reference material concerning men, found in this site and others, you’ll discover why this image is not tolerated. And much much more.

Josh Jasper, since your on this site I feel like I should to say something to you.

1) Glad you have enough respect to show up and converse with the rest of us. It shows that your an honest person and can learn from mistakes. That takes integrity.
2) The ad you created is callous – I don’t think it has ever occurred to anyone to view a innocent infant as a threat violent criminal rapist, is not such a passion one of evil? King Herod saw baby boys this way.
3) We are all corrupted by sin on this earth – but we are not doomed, I suggest that since you have been publicly humiliated you have a great opportunity here for redemption – I suggest you look into that.
4) It is difficult to believe one could put out such a propaganda without some kind of motive or design behind it – Was your intent to target newborn babies for “re-education” or indoctrination? Are you trying to stigmatize male babies? There seems a lack of feeling or compassion or empathy both in your online post here on this forum, and in the commercial on the part of male babies… As you can see nothing comes to my mind as to why you would single out innocent prepubescent new born male babies as pre-rapists. Its just a galling absurdity, it’s overblown, out of line, galling, even arrogant if not harsh and cruel. If you looking to learn something, I suggest you strive learn to be more compassionate, and increase your self-reflection. Don’t worry, everyone – including myself – needs to do this.
5) Forget those who called you names, criticized you, and try to forgive them, don’t go into fight or flight mode as it only will make your turmoil worse. I for one forgive you for what you did. And I do hope you and the world is the better for it in the end. But don’t blame those who spoke out against what this commercial conveys – it is right to speak out against it because your commercial’s message is merciless and sadistic.

Have a good day.

In one of my above messages I alluded to an incident of violence – which I described as weird – against a female and (overnight) I thought perhaps it might be informative and interesting if I explained what happened. This is reality:

It was a pleasant Sunday afternoon and therefore quiet. I heard a commotion and went to my window. A young man and woman (both about twenty I would say) were sitting facing each other on the sidewalk arguing. They were holding on to each other to stay upright. I deduced that they were high on drugs. Then the man slapped or hit the woman once or twice. He then got up and moved off up the road.

At that moment a man probably about forty and quite stocky accompanied by his tarty looking girlfriend were crossing the road in the direction of the man. The second man appeared to be unconcerned about the incident which he had to have witnessed, but as he drew level to the first man – thwack – he landed a blow on the first man which sent him tumbling to the ground. The second man then picked up the first man and slammed his head into the adjoining wall. The first man dropped – lifeless. I thought had was dead. The second man then kicked the first man a couple of times, hard . Then, as if nothing had happened the second man linked arms with his girlfriend and casually and without looking back sauntered off down the road. The first woman then began wailing (as they do) and approached her boyfriend. To my surprise the first man began slowly to show signs of life and struggled to his feet. Then friends of the first man arrived and they (clearly) decided to seek out the second man (not I think a good career move). The first girlfriend was still wailing and trying to calm her boyfriend down but he had lost interest in her.

So the situation is:

1. The first man hit his girlfriend (causing no damage).

2.The second man (who incidentally took no notice of the first girl) almost murdered the first man.

3. The first girl forgetting her own injury was only concerned for her ‘violent’ boyfriend.

4. The second girl was obviously getting the gina-tingles for her violent boyfriend.

Spin that if you can Riverview!.

2. 10 people have expressed interest in becoming a volunteer.
3. An important conversation has begun. You may disagree with certain points that I or Riverview Center make, but the fact is that people are talking about sexual and domestic violence and debating how violence prevention can be realized.”

If you want to use your name (Nolan Inc.) and register it you can if it’s not already in use. But if you believe you’ll get out of paying alimony this way then you’re crazy. They’re going after you in your individual capacity under the law not against some corp. And incidently, even the directors and shareholders can sometimes have personal liability in certain cases.

Indeed. An Illuminati agent offered me a job in July 2008 making it clear to me that they know where I live and can kill me any time they want. Am I scared of them? No. f*** them. Why would I be ‘scared’? I already spent a month where I daily considered killing myself. An interesting aspect of life after being suicidal is that no-one can scare you. They are only telling you they are considering doing something that you considered doing yourself. Big deal.

50M men died in WW II. And Josh the mangina is lower than any single one of them. He is scum.

@Welmer? It seems like the spearhead pointing out the manginas has done a real service in this case. You think you deserve a voice here arsehole? F*** off and die. REAL MEN are sick to death of man-hating, white-knighting, mangina apologists like you.

80% of all REPORTED violence in Australia is against MEN. And since the VAST MAJORITY of violence by women against men goes unreported it is not out of the question that 95%+ of all violence in Australia (and very likely other western countries) is against MEN. And women commit violence by proxy by calling the blue-gun thugs, who are nothing but more arseholes themselves, to threaten men using guns and cages. Men like you disgust me. You are vermin. Your children and your family should be able to find out that MANY men think you are vermin.

You ONLY champion stopping violence by MEN against women in your hate-mongering. You are not promoting JUSTICE in any way, shape or form. Justice is what I am promoting because my balls are still between my legs and not in my wifes purse like yours are, arsehole.

BTW. I see none of your man-hating board members have actually got the balls to respond to me. What a bunch of f***ing whimps. You should have been fired ON THE SPOT for having made this commercial and it should NEVER have been released. EVERY SINGLE BOARD MEMBER is culpable in this slander, this hate-mongering. I am going to spread the word of the hate-mongering of these people on this board as far and wide as I can. I ask other men to do the same.

I ask the men who live near you to see if they can find your family and your friends and point out just how disgusting you are and how much and how many men are disgusted in you. Nothing but your abject resignation and an affidavit signed under penalty of perjruy that you will ever promote such man-hatred again in your life is going to satsify me, arsehole. What you did was slander. And if you do not fall on your sword and make affidavit to never do this again I will form a jury and try you for slander.

As you can see? I think I can find 12 men to select for a jury who will convict you of the crime of slander. You slandered ALL MEN in your ad. And the men are not happy about it. Let’s see if you will do the honourable thing and resign and make affidavit to never commit this kind of crime again. Or lets see if I have to put you on trial for it. And if you think I am kidding? Talk to Eric Schmidt (CEO of Google). He took my promise to put him on trial for perversion of the course of justice seriously. The land of north america is a common law land. That means any man can be put on trial under common law. I’d LOVE to start with you.

I have had trouble convincing men that they can create juries and put a man on trial for a crime. But I think you have so polarised men in this place that if I brought the accusation against you of slander for this ad that I could find 12 men to sit on that jury and they would find you guilty.

@MEN. In case any of you missed it. Here is my post to my mangina hall of fame for arsehole Josh Jasper. I have included the email I sent to the board of his man-hating organisation. Since I have included ALL the email addresses of all the board members? Feel free to write directly to them. Feel free to register to my site or send me the email to post to my site.
http://www.peternolan.com/Forums/tabid/420/forumid/57/threadid/698/scope/posts/Default.aspx

Just as a correction to the statement that seems to be linked to my email. I did not write in my email that Josh Jasper should be fired. If they are referring to my email they told a lie. But that’s pretty normal for arseholes like Josh Jasper. My email is there for all to read. Apparently 95 click-throughs have happened so far.

Please note. In my email I asked the board this question. They have not answered. Surprise, surprise.

And since you are making ads like this? Where is the balancing add that has the script.

“She is a liar. She is a hypocrite. She physically assaulted her children. She abuses her husband every day. This is where it begins. Redefine what it is to be female. Teach you baby girl to be honest as almost no adult western women are.”

That would also be true.

A lot of times his ’cause’ seems to get lost and it is difficult to see what his agenda is. More often than not, his agenda seems to be bettering Josh Jasper’s public image or getting his name known. I cannot say this enough….The Riverview Center is a GREAT organization and does a lot of good for my community, Dubuque. I have met many of the people who work there and have rallied behind them in the past at fundraisers and in commercials. Josh has taken the great things that the consolers do there, taken the focus off of how much they help, and turned the spotlight on him. And he wouldn’t have it any other way. The Riverview Center will be all that much better when he is no longer employed there. They will not have to worry about what this joker is out there saying and will not have to worry about bad public image. There are ways to create awareness and they are ways to set people off and create controversy. Josh needs to stop worrying about Josh, and start worrying about the victims of the community that he claims he helps. I am just thankful the rest of the staff at Riverview is so great at what they do so the people can get the help they need.”

Will any lack of response to this be yet further confirmation that little baby boys are left unprotected by the law?

Very good point nigeles175d!
Isn’t specifically excluding an identifiable group of people, in this case innocent infant boys, in effect declaring them to be lesser or not worthy, the first step in a jack boot march towards a genocide?

There isn’t even any sort of due process defense here, what are infant boys guilty of? Are they in fact capable of any greatness and good in addition to the evil that part of the human condition? Could they (any individual) not be the one that will cure cancer and save millions?

No, they’re just a potential rapist male, and that’s all they are.

You need to take this up with the Google Board, and at least, try to put them “out of their comfort zone”. Mr. Nolan, you seem to be good at cutting down the great and powerful (and arrogant) a few notches?

Mr. Jasper,
If that was indeed your comment above and if you are still reading after the heaps of rebuke you’ve received, then I too have a few words.

As someone who takes an interest in this site and who is sympathetic to the issues it typically highlights I personally feel that the comments sometimes go “over the top” and take us to places that can at best be described as unhelpful to the very cause that is purported here to be advanced .

Having said that, I find the vitriol directed at you entirely appropriate. After having committed a grievous offense and after having been called out publicly for it, you presume to come here with preening self-righteousness to lecture others about “learning something”?

You are like a de-hooded, exposed knight of the KKK who, having been publicly shamed after a recent cross burning, responds to his shaming by running to the nearest chapter of the Southern Poverty Law Center and lectures its members about how if only, they could be as morally insightful as he, and if only, they could “learn” from this experience rather than cast stones. And yes sir, likening a baby to a rapist, at all, let alone on account of his gender, that is morally equal to a cross burning, such is the nature of your moral culpability.

People are on this sight because they have already been through the “getting it” phase and they realize they are being indocrinated, not listened to. This site exists because no dialog is taking place. Men, like your baby rapist, are dismissed as having nothing to offer to the public discourse and assumed to suffer profound moral deficits requiring retraining.

As everyone here understands that except for you, the decrepid hubris it took for someone like you to come here and lecture instead of apologize makes you, very basically, an ass.

Apologize. Make amends. Listen for a few months. Then, maybe, you will have a legitimate position to say something and something worth saying.

Poester99 February 9, 2011 at 06:11
“Mr. Nolan, you seem to be good at cutting down the great and powerful (and arrogant) a few notches?”

Poester99. Any man here can do what I do. All I am doing is claiming common law jurisdiction, which applies in pretty much all english speaking countries, and then I deliver one of three documents. Explained as follows.

1. A lawful notice.
A lawful notice is a document that lawfully and irrevocably informs (notices) the recipient of something you believe to be true. In a court, if a lawful notice has been presented, the recipient has lost the ‘plausible deniability’ of not knowing of the information presented in the lawful notice. It is also a crime to interfere with the delivery of a lawful notice.

In my lawful notice to Eric Schmidt I noticed him that you tube removing my video (suppressing evidence of a crime) was the crime of perversion of the course of justice and that I would accuse him of this crime if he allowed it to be removed again. The video has been there 3 months now. It was taken down three times in a period of a few weeks. Here is the channel. It has had 1000 views now.
http://www.youtube.com/user/peternolan1109

Further to this? My channel is blocked into Australia. That is the crime of perversion of the course of justice by whoever is doing it.

2. An Affidavit with, optionally, a Proposed Remedy and Notice of Intent.
An affidavit is a statement of truth sworn under penalty of perjury and full commercial liability. When someone commits a crime and you want remedy for the crime you serve them with the affidavit as the accusation of the crime. The Proposed Remedy is your REASONABLE proposal to remedy the crime. If the remedy is made the crime is forgiven. The Notice of Intent is what you will do with none response or a rebuttal.

An unrebutted affidavit is the highest lawful document as well as being the highest legal document in the Uniform Commercial Code courts. I have had a report of a man getting his son back from his ex in the US using an Affidavit. I am awaiting another man to try this technique in Australia. I would have thought men here would be interested in the idea of how to get their son back from the ex-bitch. But nope. Even THAT does not interest them.

3. Default Judgement. An unrebutted affidavit stands as truth and a sovereign has the right to issue a default judgment if the accused accepts guilt by not responding to the accusing affidavit in a timely manner. Silence is acquiesence and consent in law.

The matter can then go to a court or to a sheriff. We are trying with the sheriff in Dublin but so far no dice. We are now in the position of testing the process of taking property of a human being who has accepted guilt for a crime based on non-response. I want to do this in the jury setting to add to the legitimisation of the process. I want 12 men to issue a remedy instruction from a jury and video record it all so that other people can see this is ‘all above board’ and the way that crimes can be remedied outside the UCC courts.

These steps are very simple. Any man can learn to do this. And they are well advised to do so.

Now. If I can get google to stop taking down my video by lawfully noticing Eric Schmidt why do other men here dis-believe I know what I am doing? After all. Eric Schmidt is one of the richest and most powerful men in the world. Why would he do what I told him to do if I was not right? You think he doesn’t have access to lawyers? You think he would have taken notice of me if I was wrong? I mean. What do I have to present to you men here before you think “Hey, this guy is actually RIGHT!”

Hot debate. What do you think? Thumb up 17 Thumb down 9

@Josh Jasper

You use hatred as a tool to advance your agenda, and you want people to agree with you?

You have problems with the NAZI label. Did you know that the cornerstone of NAZI genocide was neither gas nor bullets, but rather a systematic DEHUMANIZATION campaign that promoted the same ideas that you do? The idea of “innate uncleanliness”, often using the exact mechanism that you do, by pointing out the “invisible” stain on an apparently pure representation of the target of your hatred?

You deserve every personal attack against you, because your attack against all men is also personal.

OT.
Gents,
Here is Janet Street Porter asking the question.

“But the number of ordinary people getting married has sunk to an all-time low. Why?”

Care to pop over and tell her?

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-1354265/Big-Fat-Gypsy-Wedding-Kate-Moss-Women-better-married.html

My comment.

Janet. Why are you women refusing to face the truth? The answer is well known. Men are raped in divorce courts. My example of 5% vs 95% was a blatant crime. Men routinely have their children kidnapped by the ex and this is enforced by men with guns. I tell every young man I meet “do not get married, do not have children”. Many other men are doing the same.

person n. 1) a human being. 2) a corporation treated as having the rights and obligations of a person. Counties and cities can be treated as a person in the same manner as a corporation. However, corporations, counties and cities cannot have the emotions of humans such as malice, and therefore are not liable for punitive damages.

This is what I found that may be the basis of the argument. As I have pointed out before I am no Lawyer and they laws of Britain have always seemed strange to me. So taking that into account. I still have to Disagree a Person CAN be defined as a corporation but I believe the intent is to have it so a corporation can be called a “person” as a means of representation in legal proceeding’s. It is my opinion that in the article you provided the judge simply got sick of his attempt at word games, and humored him to get the ball rolling. Perhaps the Judge figured it would go to appeal or just dropped. either way that particular judge would not have to handle it anymore.
Now i do realize cases have been won and lost on subtle word games. I also know that interpretation of Law can be based on precedent. but the dude was trying to pull out some law from almost 500 years ago. I may be thick and not understand. but I read the cestui que vie act 1666 and I don’t see how this has any bearing on the case. Unless his case was that since the “corporation” of “JOE SCHMO” has never been around “natural person” “Joe Schmo” cant be held to pay for the taxes. If that is the case OMG I have seen better dodges from Inmates trying to get extra meals because they show in line with two different Identifications. Man-haters are not born overnight. This guy Jasper has probably been involved in numerous misconduct and brutality cases over the years. Men like him get a thrill from cracking heads and breaking bones. Paul wants to dig up his skeletons and “rattle them together”. Lets help him.

The current pot to pay for a PI to look into Jasper’s past is $600.

If you want to contribute, go over to A Voice For Men and add a line:

For people in the US there is a 1000+ page book on this topic. Treebag bought a copy and he has just commented on it here:

I also have a copy and have read much of it. I also commented on this book and recommended men here to buy it ages ago. But hey, men here are not listening to me that much….so it’s nice to see treebag also point to it.

There are men who run paid for classes on these things. And SEDM is a very good resource. I can not write tutorials etc due to time constraints. Much of my time is taken up by ‘banging men over the head’ to read the book. ;-) If a man is not willing to read materials already existing that are perfectly sufficient? Then he deserves to be a slave. Illiterate is a good way to keep slaves. Nothing more needs to be written to free all men in the english speaking world. All that needs to happen is for men to read or watch what is already available.

Yes. And in legislation they TELL YOU ‘person’ means YOU but it ACTUALLY means THEIR trademark they created when your ‘berth’ was registered. If you do not rebut their presumption that YOU are the ‘person’ then they have jurisdiction. I have posted this link to John Harris work endlessly. His presentation is the best one on this. However Rob Menard also did a great job on this topic.

When they say ‘all persons are liable for alimony under the following conditions….’ they mean THEIR trademark. NOT YOU. Well? Who owns the trademark? THEY DO! Well? Let THEM pay THEIR alimony!

Yup – one of Feminism’s FINEST examples.

I hope she gets what’s coming to her !!!!

What is that, you may wonder ?

Guess what, Jasper. She’ll probably get PROBATION, from the chivalrous courts, whereas if a MAN did this…..

I think this is all I need to cement the idea in your fairly wet head that you have basically given 1/2 of this county’s population a “get out of jail free” card, and they happen to be female.

You just watch this case, and like the ex-teacher who statuatorily RAPED one of her ex-students, has received “probation” as her sentence, the judge citing basic “favoritism” towards women criminals.

It’s not a fair scene, Jasper, and when unfairness is the issue, MEN will have a lot to say.

and DO. A man in this situation risks all, even his life, to make your ilk aware that not all is well in the picure-postcard world view. He will do what is necessary, and often just skip over the part about doing things that might be considered “illegal”.

Yes, you’ve temporarily quelled the masses over the last two decades, but you are beginning to see that there are masses of men who you don’t even fucking RECOGNIZE as men anymore.

You want to see FAIR?

I am giddy with the possibility that I could help keep things “fair” between the genders.

Incarcerating that GUILTY woman rapist would be a good start, and maybe you could JOIN me in fighting ACTUAL crimes.

Ma’am.

Your post may be downgraded but in the entire time I have come here I haven’t seen one removed. All anybody need do is click it to see what you said.
What you may have failed to realize is No man here believes that rape is acceptable. That in fact is the whole point. When the laws of the land are so clearly stacked against one set of people. It is wrong. When the laws are tipped so much in the favor for some that it is seen by the people who are so favored as natural and right it is Bigotry. How this is acceptable by people who claim to fight for equality boggles the mind. But that is ware we are. Men and Boys are raped by Women and little or nothing is said. In fact the victim is seen as “lucky” and the Woman who committed the crime is seen as “needing help” this not only applies to sex crimes but DV and the abuse or murder of children. When in the past, it was proposed that women and minority were downtrodden. It was a moral imperative that injustice’s be fixed, and equality to given to all. Who did that ? Not women. Women were Given the rights and privileges of “equality” They did not take them… they did not earn them… Men saw that “right or wrong” things were not equal. and changed things. Now the shoe is on the other foot. regular joe-sixpack is under the boot of oppression. We die in large numbers, lose freedom and property without due proses. Our wants needs and desires mean nothing and or VERY RIGHT to have a say in our lives is taken away. This is seen by people in YOUR position as good and proper. If anything that you see on TV Movies.. the News … happened to a “protected class” would there not be a up roar?
Example. If that Commercial had been about family’s not letting their young Muslim children grow up to be terrorists. Tell me you would not think it offensive.

The Men here are MAD! for good reason they have been unjustly disenfranchised, Robbed by government agency’s and people who once claimed to love them. They have been denied ANY say in reproduction rights. The very same rights women hold dear men have none.

Angry people say angry things. Read between the lines look, listen see what we have to say. Not on just this post but many. Worst case you learn how we think and use it against us. Best case you BECOME one of us. I am willing to take that risk. Come with a open mind. And remember One of our standard Bearers, Warren Farrell. Used to be a Feminist, used to be the on the Board of Directors of the National Organization for WOMEN! he saw the truth even from the the belly of the beast.

All I can say is Look , Listen, Learn
Truth can be subjective
But Facts ARE Facts.
Many times the people in power will hide Facts to support their version of truth.

And at the end of the day that is exactly what that Advertisement and Josh Jasper and the Riverview Center staff did. and THAT is why we are Enraged.

Thank you for your time.

It is important to remember that not all of any sex, race, religion or any group can be lumped into one category.

Look who’s talking.

I am a mother of two boys and I never thought when seeing the ad that it was saying that my boys would be rapists. It did however make me think about the things that I am allowing my sons to be exposed to and the values that I instill in them. Re TLS.

I have viewed that advert several times and all I can say is you are mistaken. In effect it does not say ‘he’ may rape it says ‘they’ will rape. This little boy in that sense was not accorded the dignity of individuality; he is a baby boy who will grow up to be a rapist. And he could in that sense be any boy. It also tied ‘male’ attributes such as strength with a propensity to rape. It did not bother to posit abuse suffered as a child or an underlying personality disorder or whatever, simply being male is enough.

You say you are disappointed about the response your comment has drawn; many men are disappointed but not surprised that yet another charity that combats rape and sexual abuse (all very noble causes) has stooped so low as to use an image of a little baby boy as an object to be feared and loathed – as a potential rapist. Many have also asked the perfectly reasonable question as to where is the baby girl in an ad raising the issue of violence against men. Would such imagery ever be used? I doubt it.

Thank you for taking the time to engage with the users and contribitors to this site and perhaps I could ask you to persevere. You might learn some things that may benefit you as a mother and the enrich the lives of your sons.

I saw an interview with Warren where all he talked about was how men needed to ‘adapt’. Did he ONCE mention justice for the men who were victims of crimes of women? Not in that interview.

As far as I am concerned anyone telling MEN what to do while NOT talking about giving men a path to justice can f*** off and die. All I have promoted is that men are given a path to justice and that women who have claimed equality be treated as ‘equal before the law’. Well? HOW ABOUT YOU READ WHAT IS ALREADY THERE?

There is no reason for any man here to dis-believe what has been produced by so many men except stupidity or willfull ignorance. I really don’t care which one it is. Those men deserve to be slaves. Those men deserve to be culled out of the human gene pool.

Let only those who are willing to learn how to claim their rights and then defend them survive. What use is a man who will not even defend his own rights or the rights of his son? Such men are turned into useful slaves and beasts of burden. And that’s about all they deserve.

The Jarhead has lost his mind. This ad basically says All Men Are Rapists. Why should Men defend a Nation that sees us this way?? He is an idiot. Sorry harsh but them are the facts. It is a tiny fraction of Men who engage in such behavior. Women are never held accountable for their actions. The definition of rape has been so expanded as to become a joke. Guilt Rape, Grey Rape, Date Rape, Object Gazing etc. He is a Dirt Bag accusing me of being a rapist, my sons and Grandsons.

Josh Dirt Bag maybe you can talk to Amanda Marcotte and Melissa McEwan to prominent Feminists. Who posted on their blogs that I approved of the Rape of my Daughter?? Yes and they refused to retract these postings. Your tactic of bomb Throwing for ostensibly the greater good is Bovine Excrement. It is fostering hatred of Men. Tell me Asshole have you posted one thing about the False incarceration of Men proved innocent by DNA? Or do you simply seem other Men as disposable? Decent Men hate Rapists. Fathers hate Men who rape Women. I have two daughters your posting deeply offends me. Screw you and your dirt bag organization, it is a “hate movement” preaching Gender hatred.

@TLS

Do you understand what sterotyping is?
It’s when you discriminate against a group based on their physical attributes or membership in a said group as opposed to the content of their character.

What if we had a commercial with black baby and implied that he is going to be a mugger when he grows up or if we had a commercial of a little girl and implied that she is going to grow up to be a child abuser? Does it sound cutting edge and reasonable to portray any of those scenarios?

The odds are probably about the same for all three of them, but the cultural narrative, which you have totally bought into, allows for men and boys to be stereotyped and mistreated in ways that no one else can.

Think about it, or retreat back into your comfortable ignorance, it’s your choice.

So once again we have an “expert” in “domestic violence” peddling the tired old feminist line about rapists. Except being a modern kind of a guy, he has to up the ante – it’s not “All Men Are Rapists”, now it’s “All males are rapists, and that’s all they are”. And when he’s called on his bigotry, naked hate and blatant lying, he squirms around whining about having a “dialog”.

And what is this “dialog” supposed to consist of? We shut up and listen to him. Same old same old, straight from the progressive/left playbook; he pretends to ‘learn’ from us, and we are supposed to obey his orders.

Well, Josh old dude, those days are done. Disco is dead. We don’t need a self-hating male like you to tell us anything, and it is obvious that you are in no way interested in hearing or reading or otherwise learning anything from men in this country.

I have one question for Josh, the sensitive, caring, hater of baby boys: do you think Mary Winkler received a just punishment, or not? Do you think anything she did might be considered “domestic violence”, or not? Come on, boy, tell us all just how informed you are about the real world.

Does Josh have any sons?

@Robert: “Also Josh, just off the top of your head, how many fathers do you know who teach their sons; how to be rapists?”

I’m guessing ol’ Josh knows at least one . . . and that the approach taken in his ad might contain a wee bit o’ projection. Haven’t we seen this over and over and over ~”Well, I’m a dirt bag, so I guess all men are dirt bags, just like me.”? It’s often been cited as one reason police officers are so likely to be violent and harsh with men accused of DV – they’re working out their own guilt issues on an innocent, falsely acccused, and essentially helpless man.

Can’t really say the same for all the progressive, open-minded, tolerant websites which share your belief system like femnisting, NOW’s website, or I guess any mainstream media website including the Des Moines Paper where there was a write up on the fallout you are receiving. You want to complain about intolerance, take a look there and see how opposing viewpoints are treated. For the most part they are deleted. Again you lose, and you will keep on losing when you butt heads with this Men’s Right Movement. We will not back down to you clowns. We have not nothing to lose, we are free men.

Stickman-a corporation is a legal “person” and can purchase or rent property in its name. If you were to form the corp. called Stickman, Inc. and buy property in that name then the corp. would have to pay the property taxes. And if the Stickman, Inc. didn’t pay then there would be judgement against it and a lein would be put on it. Now, most places may allow the property taxes to pile up but at some point they may get the sheriff to auction the property to pay the taxes.
You mentioned capital letters but that’s just the way some things are written legally like the caption on a Fed. Complaint will read eg.
JOHN DOE vs. CITY OF PODUNK

Stickman-another thing, the common law doesn’t exist today, it’s all Statutory law. For example, in England today you must be an adult (18) to marry. You can’t argue that you should be able to marry a 12 year old because that was the age at common law that a woman could marry. In the 1800′s a woman could marry at 12 under common law which was why the age of consent was also 12. But that was changed in the late 1800′s and the age of consent was raised to 16 where it remains today(although you still have to be 18 to marry without parental consent) You are not going to win any cases based on common law today. And btw, Roman law existed in Britain before what we call common law and it was based on Statutes. Common law is from a time when things were very disorganised and it was sometimes hard for a person to know whether something was legal or illegal. An actual written Statute solves that problem.

I think we need call all these people out on rape hysteria and say that rape isn’t such a big deal. It is a crime, a significant crime that few dispute, a crime that is represented in law. But what is so special about rape compared to murder, serious assault or even false rape accusations.

Would you rather be raped or sent to prison for 10 years (not to mention having you name thrown in the mud)? My guess is most people would answer the former in which case the crime of falsely accusing someone of rape is far more serious. Then I would also ask would you rather go to prison for 10 years or die? Everyone needs to get this shit into perspective.

My point is when you acknowledge the seriousness of rape at their hysterical level we have already lost half the battle. When feminist shriek about rayyype tell them to shut the fuck up.

Also why the fuck is paternity fraud legal? So rape is considered the most heinous crime in existence and paternity fraud is all fine and dandy? Anyone who cannot see the obvious gynocentrism in western culture has got to be out of their freaking mind.

Just in case the man-hating, white-knighting, mangina apologist who calls himself Josh Jasper removes my comment from his blog. Here it is.

Josh,
I have spent about 3,000 hours and USD500K of my own money running my cases and writing a book about how men can free themselves from the tyranny of the guvments in the west. In The US brave men are creating grand juries and working to re-introduce the rule of law. The rule of law as expressed by common law courts are the way of the future if that future is going to lead to freedom.

I have proven that the courts are nothing but corporations operating as weapons of tyranny. Now. If you actually want to make a difference, which I sincerely doubt, you can start reading here. You can watch my video of me court meeting and you can clearly see (or read in the annotated transcript) the magistrate commit the crime of impersonating a public officer.

By the way. I am waiting on your response as to your resignation and your affidavit that you will never produce such hateful materials as the baby rapist add ever again. Should you be unwilling to do so I will put you on trial for slander and let the 12 men of the jury decide your fate.

I could theoretically be kicked off, too, but I keep the database backed up and my hosting company is pretty solidly pro-free speech. If I did get shut down I might lose up to a week’s worth of posts, but more likely just a day or so.

By the way, I think Josh is inviting people to comment on his blog so he can log IPs and track people down. Not that I would care if he did it to me (I am aware that expecting privacy these days is absurd), but if you’re worried about it might as well keep that in mind.

Avenger February 10, 2011 at 14:43

By the way, I think Josh is inviting people to comment on his blog so he can log IPs and track people down

Yes, I assumed that but it would be near impossible to track dynamic IP’s. However, the security dept. at a lot of these ISP’s usually have some retired people who were in the law enforcement business and if this guy Josh was a cop they may find out who was online from a specific IP at the time the comment was posted on Josh’s site. Of course, it is illegal to do this but when have the cops ever obeyed the law. Personally I’d just ignore this little maggot but if you want to post something then do it through an open connexion near some Wifi place so all they can get is the IP of that place.
You can ‘possibly’ track someone if the computer processor ID # is transmitted (it’s almost always blocked) and that processor number is matched to a specific model ID # that was sold to Mr John Doe etc but it’s highly unlikely but is still a good reason to buy everything with cash and never provide your actual name etc

” I think Josh is inviting people to comment on his blog so he can log IPs and track people down”

For anyone who isn’t familiar with the subject of IP addresses, you can’t learn much from one most of the time. Anyone can look up their IP address and get basic info at various websites. You can find it on your computer but I forget how at the moment, I’m sure google could tell you.

http://www.ip-address-lookup-v4.com/

It shows your IP address at the top as a link and if you click you see public information about it. Below there is “report abuse” information so if you’re using a public internet service provider I think that’s about all he can do as long as you haven’t done anything illegal. Most people who use an ISP don’t have a static IP address so all the address tells him is who your ISP is and what part of the country you live in. I’m pretty sure your ISP isn’t gonna tell him squat if he calls them, it wouldn’t be good for business if people found out internet service provider X is handing out names and addresses of customers to anyone who got offended on the internet.

I’ve been bumping around message boards for years and I’ve only ever seen one instance of a guy getting found out who didn’t want to be. I have no idea how it happened so he may have just divulged it by accident somehow. Nothing happened, all the people that hated him posted his name and address for a while to taunt him. He still posts there, lots of hostility, no big deal.

If you post to jasper’s blog from work or school he can probably figure out where you work or study. I doubt this is a big deal many places but I guess you never know. I’m not an expert on the subject but I have looked into it a few times out of curiosity.

I’d be interested if there are any experts on this subject or people who know of a good source of information about it. I’m curious how possible it is for a below average josh to track down someone based on a blog comment, assuming nothing illegal was posted.

I want to thank everyone who contributed to the MGTOW forum over the past two years. We were averaging over 1,000 unique individual visiting the site a day. The forum provided a safe place for men to vent and it also was a valuable resource to many more lurkers.

I was not given an official explanation why the board was removed. There was no warning or a request to purge any posts that may have offended delicate sensibilities. The board was simply removed without explanation. (ProBoard said that per their policy they never provide an explanation.)

As part of my Libertarian philosophy I believe strongly in Free Speech – including speech that I find objectionable. As such, MGTOW was open to all men and women to post their views. We did not demand conformance to a rigid ideology that is common with most feminist forums.

The good news is this is not the end of MGTOW forum. We already have people working on developing a new forum that will be more resistant to the attacks of the Thought Police who are diligent in enforcing their version of TOLERANCE upon us all. If anything, I expect the new forum to be even more popular and gain a wider audience.

The growth of non-politically correct men’s sites has exploded over the past few years. Sites such as Roissy and the The Spearhead have eclipsed the mainstream sanitized sites. The truth can never be censored for long.

Thanks again all.

You can find it (IP address) on your computer but I forget how at the moment, I’m sure google could tell you.

The IP address your computer is using may not be the one that the world sees. If you have a home network with a cheap router/switch by D-Link, Linksys, Netgear, etc., your address for the local network will not be the one through which you go to the outside world. There are a number of sites that will tell you the IP address you are showing to the world – one good one is http://ipchicken.com/

For home users, unless you have paid for a static IP, which almost no one does unless they are running a mail server or web server, the address is assigned out of a pool owned by your ISP and will change every time you renew the connection. If you are connecting from a business, it is likely that they have a static address, but only the ISP would be able to match that address to a specific customer. Without a subpoena or evidence of specific wrongdoing, they are not going to disclose that information to an inquiry by an average Joe.

I think it is more likely that Josh is trying to drum up the appearance of support from a diverse community, and thus increase his own reputation. Of course he wants to “reach out to male victims” – the more customers he has for his service, the more he can claim that the community desperately needs him.

I think the best thing is to just leave him alone to deal with the shit storm that his antics have brought down on his board. If they are a United Way agency, they are probably facing funding cuts and may think twice about keeping a CEO who brings them a lot of bad publicity by exploiting children.

And, there is the tag phrase to keep repeating – Josh, and his employer Riverview, EXPLOIT BABIES!

Paul – Thank you for efforts over the last 2 years in running the MGTOW forum. I always appreciated your libertarian philosophy of “You can talk about anything here”.

Hopefully the new MRM forum that replaces it will be even more successful.

joe-I’m pretty sure your ISP isn’t gonna tell him squat if he calls them

I think I mentioned this above. A lot of former cops may work in the security depts. of ISP, banks etc and will give out info to other cops (it’s illegal) Of course, it’s not illegal writing a comment but do you really want some dopey cop to know who you are? And even though you have a dynamic IP taken from a pool I can assure you that the logs will show who was using that IP at a specific time and from that they’ll know what customer posted the comment.
In the Run box type cmd then ipconfig in the next box but you’ll usually just get the ip of modem or nic card
your public IP is here and other info your browser sends
http://analyze.privacy.net/test.asp?RequestCookies=&Requestdate=&refer=http://privacy.net/analyze-your-internet-connection/

btw, the IP for the spearhead is 69.163.222.248 and it’s hosted by Dreamhost in Brea, Ca.

Paul,

I am very happy for that forum and the people I met there. I look forward to the future with a new forum, one with a host that cannot censor freedom of thought and freedom of print. I too would love to see an article on this if anything is to be found. I would suggest that it was probably my doing, as I noticed that when you click on Jasper’s you tube video it shows which sites embed the author’s video, pro-boards was there because of the thread I created. All it takes is Jasper to see the site, see it bothered his sensibilities (or a follower of his) and to create a false shit storm over it, one attached to “death threats” and the like and boom, no explanation. The sad part is that same message proboards gave you Paul, is different from what others have been told, they were indeed warned via PM on the admins board, the fact that you could not even log in, probably didn’t get a PM, and were not handled before others as Hasmat indicated shows to me that this Jasper thing was the catalyst. I feel terrible for that but more importantly i sense a lot of strength of resolve in me to get the message out in whatever way I can. As such I would be willing to help in whatever capacity I can to make this new forum better, and most importantly secure.

“Welmer pays for his own hosting, and thus is not dependent on freebies. Over the past few years I have seen this same thing done to at least a dozen men’s boards.

You get what you pay for, and if we want freedom and freedom of speech, we have to pay our own way.”

Thanks Zed. This just gives me all the more reason to support websites like The Spearhead, and A Voice for Men. In the last few months the MGTOW board started to become a regular MRA site that I visited a lot. I’m definately going to miss it, and look forward to a new one being created, and will happily give money to get it up and running. I’ve given money to Mr. Elam over at AVFM, so now it’s time I send something your way Welmer. Thank you for this great site, guys like you inspire me and keep me going! Will be sending via Paypal a donation your way tonight.

… actually … done.

Welmer deserves it for bringing much needed attention to men’s human rights issues. Men are human beings too! Who would have thunk?

Thanks, guys. I really enjoy working for you. It’s more rewarding than anything besides being a father, and the two jobs are related for obvious reasons.

@Paul….I am a domain name reseller and I host a few dot net nuke sites on discountasp.net.

I have emailed with their legal people and have been given assurances that they will take no notice of ANY comments by ANYONE until they arrive on a court order. If someone presents them with a court order they will contact me regarding the court order to discuss it. I did this when I received a threat of DOS from ‘Illuminati Ingrid’. I let them know that a DOS might happen to my personal site. Since I am also posting letters to prime ministers and presidents to my site I also felt that the Australian Government might try to get a US court to issue an order to shut down my site. My site is not under US jurisdiction. I have claimed common law jurisdiction for my materials which is superior to the jurisdiction of the corporation known as ‘THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA’. Not even mangina Obama can take down my site lawfully.

I have had very good experiences with http://www.discountasp.net/ over the last 6 years.

If you want me to host a new set of boards or if you want to contact discountasp.net directly? I can say that even with the kind of materials I have been publishing they have been prepared to take the position that unless a court order turns up they will not take any notice of people ‘complaining’.

I believe men should NAME AND SHAME all organisations that practice censorship. If you send me a detailed email etc I will post it to my mangina hall of fame….or you can register and post it yourself here.

OT.
On the topic of hosting etc. Because we are men we have experience at hosting sites.

I would propose that the men in the MRA area consider selecting a hosting service or creating a hosting service for men only and that we bring hosting business to that service. I suggest we take ALL our business away from these femnazi services that censor what men are saying. We must start a campaign against ProBoards. We must call them the man-hating, white-knighting, mangina apologists they are. We must go to men who have proboards forums and we must tell them that they are supporing man-hating, white-knighting, mangina apologists. We must attack, attack, attack men who support man-hating, white-knighting, mangina apologists. Just like we are doing to man-hater Josh.

The service I happen to use is http://www.discountasp.net. But it might be time for men across the man-o-sphere to consider starting a business of hosting services that are NOT subject to censorship or the interference of the wimminz.

I already host a handful of sites such as my personal site, my instantbi site, the crimes against fathers site and a few personal sites for people. I hosted on dot net nuke because it was easier for me to learn. I also have a client in Germany that does hosting for a small number of sites. They have their own computer center in the building. If men were to bring business to my client that was substantial enough to pay the salaries of the support staff then it would be very easy for me to talk to my client into putting more servers into the data center and running boards for men. The site is in Germany so about the only thing that the guvment does not like hosted in germany is nazi propaganda. They are a bit sensitive about that. My client already has 50 staff who already do this kind of work so it would be an incremental investment to provide broader hosting services. It’s not really their business but they might do it anyway.

So. Whether this becomes a business opportunity for some enterprising man out there or whether men simply want to piggyback on something like discountasp.net it’s up to you. My friend aoirthoir who lives in the US is also an expert in this area and is capable of integrating this into his business should it be a decent opportunity.

Perhaps Welmer can write an article about this so that it can be discussed in the man-o-sphere. My opinion is that freedom of speech is paramount and that ALL sites that MEN build must boycott ANY hosting service that has EVER bowed to censorship. My opinion is that we must be MUCH more militant in attacking those who support suppression of freedom of speech.

Paul,

I hope you have backed up much of the forum stuff, and best of luck to setting up a new forum. I was one of the more prolific posters there. I remember the exodus from the original DGM forums 2 years ago.

And may I recommend that you also set up an irc channel such that we can communicate easily should TSHTF again.

Lastly, I will be very interested to find out who filed an abuse claim, and exactly what was the central issue that violated the TOS. Was it the theme in general? Or was it a post from a certain forum member that offended feminist sensibilities, e.g boycottamericanwomen or cobalt’s lovely introductions to the female mind/behavior. ;)

In any case, the medium may die (e.g. Tom Leykis’s radio show), but the message will never perish. Straightforward, no-nonsense truth in the face of feminist deceit. We will move on and become stronger.

#1 If Joshi is luring gullible “operatives” over to his site – to track IP’s.

Didn’t any WISE FELLOW NOTE Joshi’s IP? If so – what is it?

#2 Who gives a damn what Salon writes about you – a Big Government Liberal wing of media propaganda? Give me a break. So your enemies say nasty things about you. Be a man. Not some boy who expects a pat on the head. That’s TV reality for a TV generation. Which brings me to:

Paul

*How’s that belief workin’ out for ya?

Playing by Marquess of Queensbury Rules in a knifefight against feminazi gangbangers is plain foolish.

You best NOT make the same dumb mistake ever again.

“According to the Des Moines Register, Jasper claims to have received death threats, which he said prompted him to hide certain aspects of his identity and call the police:

…thanks to YouTube, the ad has triggered an international firestorm and death threats for the Dubuque man, who heads a nonprofit advocacy group for victims of sexual assault and domestic violence.

In a letter to Jasper’s bosses, an Australian viewer called Jasper a “man hater” and a “mangina” who should be fired. Another viewer put it this way: “You would be better off dead.”

Jasper, the president and chief executive officer of Riverview Center in Dubuque, said the backlash prompted him to call police and change his personal information on Facebook from a married father to “single.”

Sounds like his wife might be changing her personal information to “single” soon too, hehe.

Of course I’m joking, I don’t advocate smashing this male baby-hating sick fuck in the teeth for insinuating that a male baby is a ticking time bomb set on “rape”,but if it happened in front of me, I wouldn’t do anything about it. He deserves whatever cosmic justice God,gods, karma, or fate decide to bestow upon him for his sick hateful anti-male propaganda.

I know how many death threats I’d receive if I insinuated being “sexy”,”feminine”,”coy”,”demure” and “alluring” were all qualities associated with murdering children and “Stopping child murder begins with HER.” (cut to picture of female baby)

All this demonstrates the power that we MRAs have with the Internet.

Now if we can get a few thousand people to hit the streets ala Cairo, we might be able to retake the country!
