Sullivan first ensnared the boy by getting him drunk and then performing oral on him. She wrote that she “loved” the boy in her diary, amidst other hideous acts she detailed, which provided the evidence needed to remand her to custody. In court this week, she admitted to abusing the boy for at least ten months during which the two participated in some 200 sex acts.
As the photo accompanying the article demonstrates, this woman is no Mary Kay Letourneau (in terms of looks), so perhaps her dalliance with the pre-teen was simply because she couldn’t convince a male at a higher level of cognitive development to overcome what in normal circumstances would have been natural revulsion.
The deeper issue here is that the bombardment of women with the message that sex is the penultimate in personal fulfillment is having an effect on the more marginal elements of the population, and giving them the sense that it should be pursued even in clearly inappropriate circumstances. However, it still isn’t entirely clear whether the recent explosion of sexual misconduct amongst women is really as dramatic a change from the past as it appears; it may simply be that shifting attitudes toward female sexuality are allowing people to openly discuss a tendency that may well have been with us for a long time.
However, given that such behavior in the past would have met with universal horror rather than the milder disapproval combined with occasional congratulation from more radical feminist types that we see today, there probably has been an overall increase in sexual abuse perpetrated by women.

When ‘risk’ is identified as the thrill, and venerated above all other pursuits, what is illegal shall soon enough be coveted.
Perhaps there is a case to be made that pedophiles are not born, but made.
A good example illustrates this. Recently, in the UK, it was widely reported that three adults (two women and one man) had raped multiple children and uploaded pictures to each other – apparently involved in some sort of game to ‘outdo’ each other. One of the women was a nursery worker. The other woman was reportedly the worst abuser of the three – she had placed an advertisement, on some kind of pedophile forum I guess, for a stranger to come around to her house and rape her daughter, who if I recall correctly was three years old.
Like everyone else in the country, I was sickened by all this, and with a kind of morbid curiosity as to how this could ever have happened, I followed the case rather closely as it unfolded.
The Daily Mail, I believe it was, posted a screen capture of the worst abuser’s Facebook page. Her profile picture was of herself (her body, more precisely) in red underwear, one hand suggestively thrust down the front. Her ‘interests’ section listed “SEX!!!” first and foremostly.
It was then that the pieces clicked into place, and I saw the world slightly differently.
There is always sexual repression – as there must be. Even in the lawless state of nature, the strongest dominates. Weaker people could not hope to fulfill their desires when subject to another’s.
In society, there must be repression too – some things must necessarily be outlawed, lest we are back in the state of nature where the strongest dominates.
The problem is that sex is identified with risk. The prevalent notion is that the more risk is involved, the greater the thrills. Bad is a codeword for “sexy”. We shouldn’t be doing this is codeword for “that just makes it all the more fun.” I don’t mean to say that this is always the case for every person – but that it is the idea promoted through television shows, movies, romance novels, and arguably through feminism, which venerates ‘bad’, sexually libertine girls, as part and parcel of its counter-cultural strategy to turn all meanings on their heads.
I believe that there is a certain personality type which may be more prone to extremes. Or rather, taking things to an extreme. While the vast majority of us exercise conscious and unconscious self-control over our effects on the world, a minority does not. Sexual libertinism is nothing less than an encouragement for this minority, not only to act out their corrosive fantasies, but to seek greater and greater depravation.
Looking at that Facebook screenshot, without the knowledge that its author was a sadistic pedophile, one would think she was only your typical, ‘sexually liberated’ woman.
My guess is that, before doing any of this, she had a lot of (adult, consensual) sex. Enabled by society’s increasing tolerance for public displays of those things that previous generations would have shamed one for, she began incorporating all kinds of (legal) perversions into her sex acts.
Until that wasn’t enough, and the real risk became the incorporation of illegal, absolutely forbidden perversions into sex.
The logical conclusion of this was child abuse; the most forbidden, the most depraved, the most horrendous and disgusting, and most importantly – the most taboo.
This was not simply a case of being attracted to children, but of being attracted to extreme risk. The risk needing to be ever more extreme. The man who was involved reportedly had video or photo evidence of him raping his dog as well as children. It seems that depravity itself is what was sought, rather than these individuals being ‘naturally’ depraved in any specific way.
I say all this, not as a puritan, nor a neo-Victorian, but as one who recognises a problem and sees how the pieces fit.
Further … it was cases like the one I described that made me realise how feminism harms girls.
By presenting ‘men’, exclusively, as the problem – by presenting pedophilia as a male problem, female pedophiles slip under the radar. While parents would perhaps not want to leave their children with a male nursery worker – “a man? Working with kids? Sounds suspicious to me” – they’re fully trusting if it’s a woman.
How did that work out for you?

Yeah, kind of makes one wonder what the little boy learned about women from that experience. A friend of mine was seduced by a much older single mother at 15. He was poor, but a good looking kid, and not dumb by any means. He’s still my good friend, BTW.
Anyway, after she started giving him money and making him her little whore, he dropped out of school (at 15), and started living like a little vagabond, working odd jobs, smoking dope, etc.

This is the kind of story that makes me fight feminism. Nobody hears the stories of these boys — it’s all swept under the rug.

Back when homosexuality was considered a crime against nature, it was only men who were publicly humiliated and rushed off to prison. It’s more difficult to understand how it can happen with a woman. I can only assume that although there are likely far fewer real female paedophiles (with desires for young children) women are far MORE likely than men to act upon those unnatural desires.
One of the greatest myths of the gynocracy is that women care more for children than men. The fact that 40 million unborn children are butchered without remorse each year by women speaks against this. The fact that women are statistically more likely than men to physically abuse children also gives the lie to it. The ubiquitous emotional and commercial exploitation of children and teenagers on chat shows and reality shows watched mainly by a female audience, also counts as a fact against it.
So many women are child sex abusers, despite the evolutionary incongruity of it, because when it comes to their attitude towards children, moral concern is only present if there is a direct reproductive benefit to be had.

Also, if I recall correctly from one of Angry Harry’s pieces about men getting charged with child pornography – it was in regard to a relatively well known man in Britain who was charged/convicted for having images on his computer, and who claimed they were there from researching his own child molestation etc. etc. There was much hysteria over this, even though this man had never done anything to a child, and, indeed, it may have been the case he was researching such a thing. Who knows? At any rate, because they were images, and because he was a man – and men are visually stimulated – he was crucified.

Men who possess *pictures* of children who are naked are often punished far more severely than women who actually *HAVE SEX WITH* children.
Think about that. That’s how out of balance our legal system is: a picture of a naked child in the possession of a man is deemed more deserving of punishment than an actual act of rape against a child by an adult female.
It’s especially outrageous when these women are teachers, who are specifically warned that they can’t do this. There are even special laws to punish teachers who rape their students.

I think people here are leaving out a couple of salient points here – the changing definition of paedophilia, the age of consent, and laws covering child pornography have all been set by feminists. Likewise the contemporary obsession by society with paedophillia itself. All under the assumption that these laws and moral codes would only apply to men.
In my local supermarket there is a big sign up above the entrance : No Adult Goods (i.e. alcohol/ciggarrettes) to be sold to anyone under 25 without ID. The legal age for buying such things is now 18 in the UK. The risk of possible criminal conviction to the supermarket firm if they unwittingly serve a child is so great that no risks can be taken.
Apply this to the feminist hijacking of the awful crime of ‘paedophillia’. You’re right, I’m not aware of those facts because those facts do not exist. In NO European country is the age of consent 18. The age of consent is 15 in both Denmark and Sweden. Femiwhores MAY in the last couple of years have introduced provisions in those countries that effectively raise it to 18 (if the male is over 18) but I am not aware of any such legislation. That is aside from the ludicrously broad recent virtual child pornography legislation introduced by feminists, with assisance from the American government (both Bush and the Clintons), which means that, for example, a 30 year man ‘sexting’ his 17 year old girlfriend would be liable for the creation of child pornography (but NOT for having physical sex with her.)
The age of consent is still 13 in Spain – you still often see men in their 30s or 40s walking arm in arm with teenage girls (and they’re definately not their daughters. The age of consent is still 15 in France – Roman Polanski openly dated Natasha Kinjskii at age 15.

I was hunting for experts in a malpractice case a while back (pediatric orthopedics), and was informed that girls cease to grow two years after menarche. So, the average girl will be done growing (at least on a skeletal level) somewhere around 15.
Unfortunately, most people aren’t fully mature mentally until twice that age or later. So your mileage may vary.

OK, but I don’t think pretending feminist notions of rape and sexual abuse should apply to men, too, is fruitful. American women are much nicer than here and I was not anywhere near as sexually frustrated as I am today (had sex 3 times in 6 years since I came back). 1. What exactly are the direct consequences of a 12 year old boy having sex with an older woman for the boy? Other than the potential that the woman can come to exert an unnatural and unhealthy influence (which I imagine would not be a problem if he had positive male role models) what harm could result to him assuming that he enjoyed it? (Not a rhetorical question, I really want to know if there is something dangerous to his development).
2. I have long suspected that part of the reason for the current rate of pedophilia in our society has a correlation with the neutering of the male in modern society. Little boys like little girls, not grown men. Grown men want to have relationships with grown women, the only reason they pursue little girls is because they feel emasculated and the only members of the opposite sex that they are able to exert dominance over are those who are too weak. (I consider homosexuality to be completely removed from this, but I believe there is a parallel phenomenon within the gay community discussed in the book “Androphilia, Rejecting Gay Identity, reclaiming Masculinity”).

I thought I made it clear that a man can never lose anything sexually by having sex with a woman, as in having his market value lowered like women get when they are sluts. On the contrary, a man gets more attractive with each notch. There is no male “virtue” or whatever a woman can violate and male virginity is a stigma rather than an asset. Of course STIs are negative and you can get them from sex, but this is a medical rather than a sexual issue.
I hope we can agree that the essence of rape is the sexual violation per se and not physical harm. (In fact, studies show that the mental anguish of rape is inversely proportional to physical harm.) If not, then you must be prepared to accept that there is no harm when a woman is raped without leaving a mark, say at gunpoint, and even I, who am being slandered here as being pro rape as if my argument wasn’t any more nuanced than that, would never suggest such a thing.

The same can be said for grown women raping 12 year old boys. The difference is, only one the grown man is punished and outcasted. How do you not have a problem with that?
That would be nice, but sadly it doesn’t work that way, because the value of the services are unequal. Sure, women also enjoy sex, but if the woman does not get anything more than sex in return for sex, then she feels degraded and can do better. Baumeister explains this well in the article I cited. No, this realization has been like the removal of a tremendous weight from my shoulders. I think it came shortly after I’d brought a woman home following my separation from my ex, and when she was all ready to go I looked at her, suddenly realized that I was just doing the same old crap all over again and the result would, in all likelihood, be the same as always, and then I made the excuse that I didn’t have a condom, and gave her a ride to where she needed to go.

I have had a tremendous amount of experience with women over the years. I am writing from actual experience, not from some author who is relying on a study based on surveys, etc. While I am under no illusions that there are many women who use sex to manipulate, if the man (or in these cases the boys) who are not prime targets for gold digging security-seeking women ( especially the seven year olds) and are either forced into it physically or coaxed into it with beer and drugs, she has a hormonal power agenda. I don’t ordinarily reveal particulars of my experiences since I don’t need to in making a point. Harry, I know from experience that women make me happy. The problem is that the longest I’ve been able to keep a woman in my life is two months. Most have been just one-night stands with years between and now my prospects are worse than ever due to unemployment and poverty.
David, your anecdotes do not refute the reality of the lower female sex drive. Baumeister also has a meta-analysis called “Is There a Gender Difference in Strength of Sex Drive? Theoretical Views, Conceptual Distinctions, and a Review of Relevant Evidence” available from the same site, and it is clear that the female sex drive is weaker on average in every measurable way.
And the low sex drive is only part of the problem. Female hypergamy and general choosiness are just as important. While there are some extremely horny women out there, they will only lavish their sexual attention on a select few males.
Let’s say you have 1000 heterosexual boys in a school. One of them gets lucky and 999 get jealous — and that is probably overstating the prevalence of female “sexual abuse.” What can possess anyone to address this situation by treating the lucky boy as a victim, jail the teacher and mock the jealous majority who can’t get laid. There was a discussion on one of the forums a while back with a group of “in-cel” guys. (Involuntarily Celibate – their term).
I put up a link to the Book of Bonecrker which he said he found quite enlightening and enjoyable, and I know he further linked it around to many of the In-Cel forums he was part of.
Maybe you would enjoy giving it a read as well. It is 1/3 MRA, 1/3 PUA and 1/3 Psychology. (The guy had a Ph D in Clinical Psychology, and then left the business out of disgust, to become a Bonecrker/Chiropractor).
Well, I have some sympathy for Aspy’s misery, and I think that I can understand why it is getting to him so much.

Two and a half years ago I had a one-night stand with a woman named Elisa, and I still think it was worth it even though I have been unhappily in love with her ever since. Some say even totally unrequited love is worth it. (Baumeister has an article and book on that too and found that it may be worse for the person loved). I wouldn’t go so far, but having had a perfect woman for one night definitely is even though she refuses to see me again probably because I am too needy (or rather happy to be with her, but that was enough) and she only slept with me because she was drunk.

When I first read your original post it was my first response. At the time I didn’t respond with the stats I later posted because I’m generally very averse to doing so – it leaves me feeling like I’m making excuses for rapists AND desperately in need of a shower. The individual I targeted was really asking for it.
I’m involved at an administrative/board level with the counseling network in my state. Historically that network has not been permitted to work with perpetrators regardless of their history. However we have recently started working with boys who have abused. This has come about because it has been found that virtually all of them had themselves been abused previously.
In the circumstance you describe I have little doubt that something has happened to the boy concerned, that it had occured fairly recently and that it was a woman, or more probably adolescent or teen girl, who did it. I’d be looking very closely at any baby sitters he’d spent time with. More than 20% of female perpetrators are baby sitters. To put that into perspective only eight percent of female perps are teachers and yet they are the only ones most folk ever hear of. In kids that age it’s a learned behaviour. I wouldn’t assume it isn’t the same with girls either.
Gwallan, this happened in an after school care centre, and the boy had been attending there for 4 years.
However…
While I never met or spoke to his parents, apparently they had separated within the past year, and it was thought he might be acting out.
The actions he took, separating a younger child and taking her to the bathroom, closing the door, and enjoining her to privacy (“it’s secret”), suggest a deliberate act. Especially when part of the rules is that the bathroom door is to remain open at all times.
(nb. bathroom as in bathroom, not toilet, in this case).
Probably one of the most concerning factors was the number of people baying for this child’s blood and the closing down of the centre. In 20-odd years, there had never been an incident of this kind, and the lady in charge was devastated.
My girl is pretty much over it all, since I didn’t make a huge fuss – just told her the boy was rude and shouldn’t have “played sexy” with her. And we all know how awful bad manners are, don’t we?
I do wonder how the boy is, though.
Explaining how something has come about is not necessarily making excuses for rapists – they still need to be held accountable for their actions.
If we can get a bit of understanding of why and when they act the way they do, then perhaps we can deal better with the fallout from the abuse and prevent it from being repeated down the track.

I agree with that 100%. The problem with that, in our current system, is that the “rape/DV industry” isn’t interested in getting to root cause. They are making too much money to want the cause to be determined and dealt with.
Any time you see a false allegation, they make excuses for women (she was depressed, has issues, etc.), but as soon as a man is accused of something, he is evil. No, it doesn’t matter what caused him to do it, because they just know it is because he is an evil, testosterone laden man.
That hypocrisy says it all really. They just aren’t interested in solving the problem. Hell, they’d be out of jobs if they did.

Then let me educate you. Women have the intellectual capacity of 7-10 year old boys and they live as children in a world of delusion in which they are never held accountable for their actions. To prevent further such acts there are two alternatives:
1. Women are held accountable for their actions and punished when they commit crimes. (My proposal)
2. Women are made the chattel property of a man who punishes her as his property if she commits a crime. (How it used to be)
It is really simple. Women are children. They need to be controlled or they will keep doing this shit. They have no honour, no shame, no integity and no honesty. Just think of a make child who has not yet been properly socialised and you have a woman.

A good proposal, but only when those crimes are real crimes. What we are talking about here is not one of them.
For those who didn’t read the article, here is how Baumeister puts it in “Sexual Economics”:

There are some idiots who likewise believe that providing teenagers with alcohol is doing them a favor.
On Novaseeker’s blog, I once told you of a specific individual who ended up raping his stepdaughter, declaring that what he had done was a favor to her (teaching her about having sex). And, as I further explained, in his pre-sentencing psychological examination, he reported that his first sexual experience had been at 15 with a 35 year-old woman.
Her “favor” to him left him, as the psychological exam report explained, unable to have normal sexual relationships with women (as his long history of failed relationships also suggested); and ultimately, such a warped sense of sexual relationships that he actually believed that he was doing to his stepdaughter was the same favor that had been done to him.
The favor given him just keeps giving – in the damage to a girl, and the lengthy jail sentence he’s now serving.
I recall how blithely you dismissed this; but, I can assure you, he is NOT the only man so damaged by having been so “favored”.
You might also recall the research showing that a majority of men who ended up raping women were themselves abused (often sexually) as children – typically by a female family member.
As I recall, you rejected that information out-of-hand, as well.
It says everything about your warped sense of reality as a result of brainwashing by the abuse industry that you believe there is anything about having sex with a 35-year-old woman at 15 that would naturally ruin your relationships for life with adult women. 15 is the age of consent in several countries, e.g. in Sweden, and there would be a lot of messed up men there raping their step-daughters if that were true. The abuse industry’s raison d’etre is to find abuse everywhere and conclude that it does maximal damage, however, so I am not surprised that a report compiled by the abuse industry would make such a claim. You gullibility in taking that report at face value is beyond the pale. The man also has a powerful incentive to say whatever the abuse industry wants to hear to get more lenient sentencing.
The fact that this man had a step-daughter, which is to say he was married, tells me he was not such a big failure in relationships after all. I was totally “spared” any sexual contact at all into my twenties and despite my best I have never been married.
As I argued in that other thread, it is likely the feminist-inspired abuse industry propaganda you espouse that made this man think he was doing his step-daughter a favor by raping her. After all, the sexes are equal according to social constructionist feminists, and if he had a wonderful experience with an older woman as a teen — despite society calling it rape — then why shouldn’t it be equally enjoyable for girls? I take it he is not too bright, so he might have believed the feminist propaganda that says the sexes are equally affected by sexual abuse. If on the other hand he had been more exposed to the essentialist position and realized that sex is a female resource, there is no way he could have believed he would be doing his step-daughter a favor by having sex with her.
Thus I think we can place the blame squarely with feminism and the abuse industry that you support, whereas my saner world-view would have prevented the whole thing.
As to “abused” boys becoming rapist, I addressed that above.

Insofar as a single anecdote carry any weigh, my example is as good as yours, and my lack of sexual “abuse” by women and continued celibacy is turning me into a monster.
They are mostly defined as dysfunctional in these studies by feminist standards of what is acceptable behavior and what is rape, so yes, it was truly a favor. You find the same thing in promiscuous men generally, so the increased sexual aggression might not be caused by the “abuse” anyway but just associated with whatever makes these guys successful with women. Some confounding variable likely explains both the early success that you call abuse and their continued promiscuity.

A year or so back I saw news footage relating to a Queensland woman who had been imprisoned for, in partnership with her husband, raping and killing two young women. nilk may have heard of the case. She had done thirteen of a fifteen year sentence and had been diagnosed with cancer.
The footage showed her, obviously very fragile and near death, being helped from the jail entrance into an ambulance. In the background, maybe thirty metres away is a crowd of more than a hundred screaming abuse at her.
I can’t speak for anybody else but I fear that mob more than I fear her.
When I first heard – from a psychologist who works in prisons – that three quarters of imprisoned male rapists of women had been molested by women previously I disputed this. I put it that it was an excuse being invented by rapists to mitigate their crimes. The psychologist concerned suggested I consider where their anger came from and that as a victim I should understand that anger. I was still unconvinced. It was only later that I found that research supports his position.
Where sexual abuse is cyclical it occurs along lines relating to the type of abuse originally experienced. Heterosexual abuse begets heterosexual abuse(same with same-sex abuse). If you lock an entire gender out of consideration the cyclical abuse re-establishes itself instantaneously.
Hysteria and outrage prevents us from thinking rationally. Combine this with an unwillingness to accept the harm and extent of the abuse perpetrated by females against males and we have no chance of acting preventatively with the cyclical abuse.
I mentioned earlier being on the board of a sexual assault counselling network. It’s a predominantly govt funded entity which serves both genders. It was not a role I sought. I was put up to it by folk working within the network. It required being elected by staff and membership of the broader organisation as well as ratification by existing senior management.
Among my goals are greater acceptance of male victims and victims of female perpetrators as well as dispelling the outrage and frequent hyperbole surrounding the issue. Folk within the system are aware of the positions and beliefs I hold so their acceptance of myself indicates that there clearly is some traction for those positions.
And I must say that when I hear counselors saying things like “bloody feminists” I know there is some hope of a saner approach. However I suspect it will still take a while, not because of the attitudes within the network itself but the more broadspread ignorance in our communities.

When it comes to people getting counselling, I’m all for sending for male counsellors.
In my experience, women are too busy with their own agendas, and there are far too many “counsellors” who got into the industry to help themselves.
If you mention to someone in the medical industry that a female you know is studying psychology, the eyes start rolling and the snark about bloody women starts.
I know one woman who was doing a masters in psychology to be a family therapist because therapy had helped her so much.
She’s not got the brains God gave a fruit bat, and shouldn’t be allowed near a pack of crayons, let alone someone with real problems.
Male therapists, on the other hand, I’ve always found to be eminently more practical, and sensible, and don’t give me stupid suggestions like, “he’s no good for you, and he’s not going to change so you should just leave.” I can get that from my girlfriends over a chardonnay and crackers.
Regarding the case in Qld you mention, I honestly can’t recall it. I’m in Melbourne, so that could be why. It doesn’t surprise me, though.
And I agree on the cyclic nature of abuse. Probably one of the worst abusers of women that I know (I nearly married him), was himself treated appallingly by his mother.

I surmise that what is going on when a man has the nerve to try to pass himself off as a victim, what is really going on is an extreme version of what in game terminology is called “flipping the script” or “stealing her frame.” Most men can see right through it, but as I can see unfolding right before my eyes with in this thread exemplified by Nilk, some women are so gullible that they actually buy it. You have really got it made when you convince women you are so desirable that women actually rape you. That is the ultimate in pre-selection, proving you are God’s gift to women and I am sure gets you laid often. Very clever, Gwallan.
The only relevant difference between a boy having sex with an older woman, and a girl having sex with an older man is that the girl can get pregnant whereas the boy can’t. This plays a huge part in men’s moral ‘double standards’ on this issue.
But this moral difference isn’t relevant if the girl doesn’t get pregnant (and the man took steps to ensure she didn’t get pregnant).
The other reason why men tend to think ‘lucky boy’ when they read stories of teen guys being seduced by female teachers or older women is that they are honest and self-reflective and can admit that they would probably have enjoyed the experience themselves as a boy.

It may be true that a woman at 40 is bitter that a man brought her to multiple orgasms when she was 15 or 16 but wouldn’t even look at her now. She might translate this bitterness into a genuine belief that she has been ‘abused’.
But she hasn’t. No more than the conquest of a pick up artist has been raped.
And I KNOW that my life would have gone much better if I had been ‘seduced’ by a caring, older woman when I was a teenage boy.
*Disclaimer – what IS WRONG about seducing jailbait is the fact that you, as an adult, have placed that young person in a position where she/he may be involved in a court case, forced victim therapy etc. No Jailbait, No Problem. But let’s not adopt feminist victim culture, eh?

I’ve had a lot to do with the community sector overall. It’s a field women seem to view as their own. A career choice for many of them. The men in that sector seem to be there for other reasons for the most part.
I don’t disagree that there are many of both genders who simply shouldn’t be there. The sexual abuse area tends to separate the wheat from the chaff though. The ones who aren’t any good don’t last long. There’s no shortage of people with the qualifications – for what they’re worth – but it’s actually quite hard to find counselors who can cope and last.

In my real life I’m the consumate alpha and have been all my life. I’ve represented my country in one sport, my state in three and my home town in anything I bloody well felt like. I’ve got to hobnob with the rich and famous. Professionally I’ve run systems turning over billions of dollars. Part of the reason I ended up on the board of management of the counseling network I mentioned earlier is my political connections. I live in the same state as nilk in the south of Australia but am writing this from my office in the Whitsundays where I’m spending a couple of weeks for the hell of it(and seeing the odd client). I can pretty much do whatever I like whenever I like.
The sexual assault stuff has only been an element of my life for the past seven or so years. What DO you think I was doing in the decades prior to that? I certainly wasn’t playing all sookie-la-la trying to play on womens sympathies in order to bed them. What I was doing was getting off my backside and trying to make a difference for people who needed it. Ironically the lesson I learned from the patriarchy, contrary to every single gram of feminist teaching, was to use what I had and could do for the benefit of others. ALL others.
The real difference between me and most other men is that I’m willing to say no to a woman. That’s the ultimate shit test for women. Men are quite used to being rejected as you well know. Women are not. Many of them don’t take it very well at all. In my experience far too many of them were moths attracted not to me but the bright lights or the shiny things they thought they could get from me. I really don’t like moths.
You and I will likely never agree on rape/sexual abuse. But one thing that always stops me in my tracks is the expressions of despair from men such as yourself who are utterly denied affection and intimacy. And the really shit thing about it is that hardly anybody cares. I’m not going to express sympathy toward you. That would be trite and delivered from a position of some privilege.
However if I can believe what you’ve written here your experience epitomises something I’ve been arguing for a long time…
The real gender gap in western culture is in our ability to be compassionate toward the respective genders. A woman in your position would elicit all sorts of sympathy. You’re probably aware that some parts now treat denying women sex as being abusive or even criminal. Meanwhile for you it probably means ridicule and denigration. I don’t blame you for being angry.
Never assume that my agenda is only about sexual assault or has some feminist culture or ideology behind it. I realised years ago that to achieve anything in that area I also had to do something about that gender compassion gap. Primary among my influences in this is the work of Canadian Professor Adam Jones. The goals I have are much broader than helping rape victims and do include men such as yourself.

There is also the relevance of sex being a female recourse and the fact that this resource is not limitless in all respects. A girl *does* give up something valuable by having sex, losing some value as a future wife compared to girls who are kept virgins. The most slutty girl is still worth infinitely more than any boy, of course, but the effect on mate value by having sex *is* diametrically opposed for the sexes. Age of consent has probably more to do with the interests of the parents than protecting the girl, however, and this explains why such statutes predate feminism. As Thornhill and Palmer put it in A Natural History of Rape, “The application of statutory-rape laws to women as old as the late teens may have to do with their fathers’ (and in some cases other genetic relatives’) interests. [...] Parents may try to manipulate, even coerce, long pre-sexual periods for daughter, thereby making them more valuable on the mateship market because men prefer to invest their parental efforts in women with restricted sexual histories. Parents may also try to manipulate the romantic relationships and the mateships of their children, and especially their daughters. While it is good for fathers to keep their daughters chaste, I don’t think this justifies our high age of consent. I have more respect for the autonomy of teenagers than that, and of course applying this law to boys as well is moronic and only serves the abuse industry. The current victim culture strikes me as a mass-psychosis, and Americans are particularly bad. I find it very difficult to believe there is a human being behind a writer like slwerner. When somebody purports to be a man while saying sex with women at 15 will damage you for life, it takes a lot of suspension of disbelief to think there is any humanity there. It is mind-boggling that a man living in the world can be so utterly brainwashed by feminism and the abuse industry. He just barely passes the Turing test and I am still not convinced he isn’t just a script spouting political correctness.

The respective genders do not need compassion for the same reasons. As long as you refuse to recognize gender differences, being compassionate does no good and in the case of counseling statutory and female-on-male “rape” victims it does great harm.
A woman could never be in my position. It is utterly unthinkable for a free-roaming average-looking woman to have to pay to lose her virginity at 21 and still not be able to get laid at 31 on even a yearly basis. But for a man this is unremarkable. I am not asking for sympathy. I am just pissed off and hurt because people like you add insult to injury by promoting the lie that boys can be victims of sexual abuse by women — that privileged boys such as yourself are made out to be victims and tax money is wasted on giving you a cushy position within the abuse industry from where you can spew your toxic victimology and make the world worse, poisoning human relationships to the best of your ability.

I’ve raised 4. I can tell you, this boy will be badly damaged by this experience. His rights were violated and the rights of his parents as protectors of the child were also violated. You can not do ANYTHING to a child that the parents do not approve of or you are violating that parents right to raise their child as they see fit.

Yes, mass-murder is indeed a fool-proof way to become irresistible to women. However, the cost is difficult to justify, and the fact that a man has to do something so extreme to become attractive to the opposite sex is completely at odds with any notion of female sexual predators. On the contrary, this is more spectacular proof that sex is a female resource. Girls grow up to be sex objects just because they are female while we have to ruin our own lives and that of many others to even come close to the attractiveness of an average woman.
This is not self-hatred. The worthlessness of male sexuality is a biological fact, and the notion that women can violate boys sexually is a delusion. Thinking you have sexual value can be a useful delusion while picking up women, but it is totally misplaced in a political debate like this one.
I haven’t read past the first few responses, so I don’t know if this point has been mentioned yet. Not only are women frequently not punished for sexually assaulting young boys, often the boys who are assaulted are forced to pay child support if the assault results in a pregnancy. I don’t have time to hunt down the relevant links because I am at work, but if you Google around you will find several documented cases.
Having to pay child support (which I agree they shouldn’t) has no bearing on whether they were “sexually assaulted.” They were not, because sex is a female resource. Also, it is ridiculous to use the word “assault” about consensual sex even if you believe it should be illegal. This is devious feminist language designed to demonize men.
