There is another important differentiator as to why a male can never be a slut, and why a slut is a slut. This difference is called PREGNANCY. A woman who knowingly spreads her legs KNOWING she can get pregnant and have an illegitimate child for the sheer pursuit is sexual gratification is a slut. They know this is a risk, yet they open their legs. This is why we have laws against sexual assault because (one of these reasons being) we value a woman's choice to NOT create a child. A man can freely go out and have sex with anyone and not have any responsibility. Even if he is responsible for impregnating girls, sex does not always produce pregnancy, and the male is not responsible for rearing or producing the baby. Therefore a girl who is sexually promiscuous will always be a slut and a man will never be. I cannot create more solid arguments off the top of my head but there is definitely a distinct difference here. Maybe some of you can try to logically explain this.
