France has passed a law criminalizing “psychological violence” in marriage that will go into effect this year. Under this new law, so much as making a negative comment concerning one’s wife’s appearance could lead to the husband being fitted with an electronic monitoring device, such as the leg bracelets attached to criminals in the US. If anything symbolizes slavery, it is these modern day manacles and leg irons.
This law only criminalizes insults within cohabiting relationships, so men are still free to offend women in France, provided they aren’t living with them. The legislation surrounding family law in the West has become so oppressive and so insane that it is a wonder young men still get married at all. We all know that women, at certain times [of the month, often], are prone to call anything abusive and to take offense at the slightest and most trivial of innocent words or gestures, so the law constitutes a very real threat to any man who gets married.
Leg Irons for the 21st Century
The question this raises is whether women really are interested in marriage. All of the evidence points to the fact that they are, but still one finds them working like busy beavers to topple the institution and chase any men with an ounce of sense away from it. One has to ask whether women are really this fundamentally stupid as to undermine their own interests to this extent. Laws such as these give us legitimate cause to wonder about that.

Would this law be applicable both ways?
The article slants it that men are the “perpetrators” of emotional violence and threatening language – but I think the average person agrees that women are the typical aggressors when it comes to emotional attacks.
Or – will this become like the current status wrt domestic violence? “WHAT? Your WIFE beat you? HAHAHA!!”
Can’t wait till this hits the states……

Most men don’t know. Ask the average guy about paternity law and you will get blank stares. If you told them that it’s possible for a court to make him pay for a child that isn’t his, he would think you were lying.
I made a compilation of articles about marriage that I now send to all my male friends.
But it would help a lot if celebrity men would go on a campaign to end the madness. George Clooney still isn’t married, and I bet he feels the same way about marriage law as we do. But he knows the hate he will receive if he ever challenged marriage law. He wouldn’t act in Hollywood again.

I can hear the backlash already: “MRAs just want to keep the right to abuse their wives!”
This is Orwellian Newspeak at its best.
There is no such thing as violence which is non-physical; by its definition, violence is physical. I had always assumed that those who talked about ‘cultural violence’ and ‘symbolic violence’ simply lacked a wider vocabulary.
Now I see why it is done: by coining new terms, which attach to existing, emotionally-charged words, they are able to extend the definition of those words, and thus of the crime, and thus of guilt.
If you were a raging feminist, who wanted to imprison or otherwise punish, regulate, humiliate and restrict men, what would you do if the statistics repeatedly did not bear out your claims of men as the violent gender?
It’s simple – you redefine violence, ever broadening its scope, until your original hypothesis becomes true.
We are moving closer towards ‘all men are rapists’, not further away from it. They have simply learned to not say it explicitly. They are rhetorically trained to not say it explicitly.

And by the way, this is surely only the beginning.
As Welmer stated, under this law, French men will still be permitted to insult women they are not married to.
But this law will surely be the precedent for further laws, restricting any criticism whatsoever of the most privileged social class in all human history.
Which will include sites like this, and all other MRA blogs, I am sure.
Canaries in the coal mine, indeed.

If this goes into effect, men should use it against their wives, just as women use it against their husbands. Enough of that and it should be repealed.
Of course, most men probably won’t, so…

I think this is a bit alarmist. This law has to apply both ways, right? Women insult their partners as often or even more often then men. The leg bracelets, according to the article, would only be attached to repeat offenders. It’s a retarded law obviously, but I don’t think it’s tantamount to male slavery or anything.

Then again, if I chose to have a wife as hot as Sarkie’s. I’d spend more time fucking her than yelling at her.

“The legislation surrounding family law in the West has become so oppressive and so insane that it is a wonder young men still get married at all”
Thats the point of it. People underestimate just how evil the left is. Whose birthrates are they trying do destroy here? I have no illusions about the Marxist left, who are just hiding behind feminism and environmentalism because their chosen banner, Marxism, is so discredited. Their doctrine states that social wreckage is necessary before their totalitarian ideas can be implemented, and every thing they do is aimed at creating social and financial wreckage. A woman can get -divorced-if she is displeased with the man she is married to. She doesn’t have to take being yelled at. This law is aimed at making men not want to get married in the first place.

Just when you thought it couldn’t possibly any get more insane……walah!
But there is an ultimate solution. I call it the djc method. Do not have a romantic relationship with ANY woman. If enough men did that, all this insanity would go away. But, unfortunately, most men are stupid, and most women know it.

Or the Mexican approach wherein a man saying “no” to his wife’s demands for sex can be charged, under domestic violence laws introduced early 2008, with the crime of “indifference” and jailed for up to five years.
Effectively Mexican men have no right to consent.

Amazing times we live in. It has become a farce. I guess something had to be done to make the sexes work against each other. When you both can make just 11 bucks an hour and work 40 hours a week you can save 2k a month. So yea got to have the sexes at each others throats or they might just use teamwork and beat the game. The law in france actually seems to be geared towards men getting back at woman since yea I believe they are the ones that taunt and do the verbal psychological bashing the most.

Yeah, this law is completely asinine. But, article states it applies to “couples” meaning men and women, as well as cohabitation w/o marriage, and presumably, gays and lesbians.
The law is absurd enough without you claiming it only applies to men, or only applies to married couples.
I fully expect it to explode all over Frence feminist’s (and mangina’s) faces in 5…4…3…2…
And, hat tip to poster above who says it probably ain’t gonna go over so well in Muslim communities. (It’s an old 50′s (?) picture of a woman flexing her muscle, caption ‘We did it’ referring to women occupying 50%+ in the workplace)
With regards to the article this measure is verging on thought control. It puts woman on an offensive, a fault-finding mission. Not a great relationship builder when you supply something to watch or control the other partner with.
It puts the man on a weak defensive and the woman on offensive.
Nothing equal there.

France will be about 30-40% Muslim by 2030, if current demographic trends continue.
By that time, the Muslims will be able to win national elections simply by getting out the vote for their own candidate. Most democracies have around 50% voter turnout. If an organized effort is made to register and go to the polls by a large minority group, they will win because of the apathy of the “majority”.
Once that happens, advocating women’s rights will be the new “hate crime” under a moderate form of Sharia law. As Muslims gradually displace the native population, the laws will get tighter and tighter until fashion shows in Paris feature only women with their eyes veiled and bodies completely covered.
Women might be surprised when large numbers of French men who are not Arab or African realize that they’ll live better lives under a moderate Muslim ruler than under feminists and vote against the traditional parties. Married men in the UK are already eyeing the prospect of conversion to Islam because they will get a better deal if they divorce under Sharia law. If the Muslims are smart, they’ll “divide and conquer” by offering men better terms than the Nanny States in Europe give them today.

As long as you are not a men ensnared by this……
I think this is a GOOD sign, as per the overreach theory that I keep talking about.
They will take things far enough that too many men get sufficiently annoyed that they take action (or equally powerful inaction).
This is tantamount to when Al-Qaeda started strapping bombs to children and sending them to school. THAT made average Iraqis switch sides, which turned things around. Or when the USSR invaded Afghanistan with great hubris, only to have oil prices fall and their state revenues dry up in the midst of an inextricable occupation.
Signs of overreach are good. Just lay low while the Misandry Bubble peaks, and the pop becomes imminent.

Yeah, I read the same article(s) this weekend. My husband was pretty disgusted by it, too. Thus raising taxes, and forcing more parents into the workplace just so that their family can earn enough to eat. Sickening.

In India, there is a ‘new’ (10 year old) law called 498A, which is very similar to VAWA, except that the husband AND HIS PARENTS go to jail. The premise is that all three ganged up on her (since multiple generations live in one home).
Abuse of the law is rampant.
They don’t have alimony, child support, or asset division in India yet. I hope it stays that way.

Well, DT, I have long held the view that if a woman refuses to have sex with her husband (and there appears to be a few around from what I have read) or uses it as a weapon against him, then he should be able to sue her. She is in breach of the marriage contract, after all.
Why the hell would a guy want to marry if he is never going to get any sex?

It helps to see the background:
France has always been a Marxist covenant, with people in the public industry being the dominant elite. They have the weapon of accusing everybody who disagrees to be of the Right. Given the French Revolution and the history after it until our days, nobody wants that tag. They burned that way the authors of The Black Book of Communism (of course, that being a trick of Stalin).
There’s also the Hero worship by the French of Dictators, completely apart from reality. From Stalin, which got them against André Gide and his book Retour de l’U. R. S. S, Return from the USSR in 1936, and the discredit of the work of Victor Kravchenko and his memoir, Choose Freedom.
Was twenty years to wake of that dream and another twenty for realizing that Mao, the hero of the young on May 1968, was a tyrant just as atrocious.
It changed to illusions about Castro’s Cuba, the Sandinists dictatorship on Nicaragua, and now, the Socialist state of Chavez, the savoir of the poor (at making everybody poor in the first place, except his -already immune to law- gang of thieves, of course. Fucker) and Evo Morales, the first Native-American to get in the power after 500 years of oppresion (never mind that he, just as the rest of his country and Latin America, has mixed blood).
Lionel Jospin tried to change that, with his 99′ speech of “Is not with laws or text that we are going to change the economy”. Unfortunately, radical groups, the Greens, and big bosses of his own Party called that HERESY of the right, so he sticked with the classy.
France, basically, has a Statist mentailty that permeates the left, and most of the right too. Public companies suck State money like candy and, since that money need to come form somewhere (read: high taxes), most private companies emigrate to other countries in the EU. In the book Étre de droite un tanou francais, Being of Right a French Taboo, journalist Eric Brunet writes:
That happens with all State companies supported by corrupt Sindicates that use the threat of protests and Strike actions to keep the gravy train on. That means that there is a bunch of unintegrated inmmigrants running around unemployed, high unemployement rates which generates a dangerous poverty belt around Paris and other cities.
So far, this has been a (mostly) translated reprint of El Regreso del Idiota, a book of Plinio Apuleyo Mendoza, Carlos Alberto Montaner and Alvaro Vargas Llosa, which describes the Marxism variations that have Latin America on the ground, where they come and who supports them. With some variations of my part, of course.
My guess is that the poverty belt approached critical mass and threatened to do a Revolution that was going to dethrone the Statism beneficiaries by using the force. Since Marxists have learned to not let that happen since they got their asses kicked when that happened previously, they needed a conter-measure to keep the masses controlled. And which is the modern means of controlling the masses? Feminism.
They used a bullshit excuse of “wanting to protect women” to keep all males that could rise against the Statism covenant on check (since women aren’t known for starting violent evolutions). Old Marxist trick: Keep the cattle too worried about his own hide so he doesn’t notice the blood sucking.

In Spain, there is a law forcing men to do their equal share of housework.
I guess a 1.1/couple birthrate is still too high for the Spaniards.
Oh well, it is mathematically impossible for a society to reverse a declining population once it declines past 1.3/couple.

I believe that birth control and feminism have made marriage less appealing / sustainable but the way that is being expressed is anti-gay marriage activism. The more feminism shows its hand in laws like this, the more men (and women) will know who the real enemy is. Not a handful of gays but tens of thousands of feminist women.

All of this social engineering is stupid but fun to watch. Not even the French will be able to overcome millions of years of evolutionary pressure.
Men are what has allowed us to evolve and survive until today and women are the same. No law will change that. We will all just adapt or our individual genes will die. That’s all. Regardless, the sun will rise the day after we die.
Sooner or later there will be a balancing. As everyone has already pointed out, there will just be less marriage and more desperation among the women and those men stupid or naive enough to believe the fairy tales.
Personally I am looking forward to mocking spinsters. I can already taste the desperation of the 30 and 40ish unmarried or divorced “career” women when we work together or socialize in the same places. Frankly it tastes pretty damn good and like any nice wine it’s subtleties will only improve with age.
Whatever. In the meantime have fun and live life, but always with your eyes open. If you have the resources, whether personality, game, money, social status, or whatever, you will never have a problem scoring young women (hopefully with daddy complexes, which are my personal favorite as they’re all bad little girls who invariably need – and enjoy – a good spanking). It’s not as if there will be any shortage of them in the next couple of decades, at least in the western democracies.
And there will always be the poor, the deluded, and the desperate to fight our wars, police our streets, and generally make us money if we’re realistic and ruthless enough to exploit them. So it’s all good as far as I am concerned. Individuals will either figure it out or they won’t, but I just want to be positions to profit either way.

Charles Martel,
Apparently, no society has ever reversed a population rate that has dropped below 1.9/couple – in history.
Also, there does become a point where there is a gap – you cannot just order up ready made 20yr old workers to replace those leaving the workforce – they take a couple decades to create – unless, you subsequently reduce your debt at the same time, so as not to force Communist style taxation upon the populace (in the 90% range). That is the only way I can see that a nation can survive such a massive population decline without also ending Capitalism and being forced to embrace oppressive style Socialism.

Also, the “immigration solution” is complete crap. But, it is why we embrace “Multiculturalism.”
Multiculturalism has caused more destruction than possibly anything else. Look at the former Yugoslavia, or the Middle East, or tribal warfare in Africa – all incidences of this great thing called Multi-culturalism.
We used to try to take immigrants from Western Europe into North America because, aside from language, we all came from a relatively similar background and a similar religious upbringing. Thus, the American “Melting Pot” encouraging people to assimilate to their new culture even faster – and also why their used to be restrictions on immigration in the past – put too much ice in your soup bowl and it doesn’t melt the ice cubes, but freezes your soup instead.
Bringing in immigrants from the third world does not help us, but rather hurts us. They do not share our values, our religion, nor our beliefs in our economic models.
There is a book out there called Civil War II, by Thomas Chittum – who was a mercenary in several of the nastier parts of the world. He declares that when a minority reaches 30% the size of the majority (with opposing views), violence begins to break out. This causes further problems that often lead to the genocides that occur around the world, because the only way for the government to restore peace and order is to enact violence against one of the two groups. And, well, once you kill someone’s mother or children, they will be your sworn enemy for life (of the government), and he claims that this is one of the underlying causes of many of the genocides that have occured in the less developed world.

””””””The change to the Spanish legal code will see domestic obligations added to a list of marital duties that currently includes fidelity, living together and helping one another.
The initiative has received the backing of all Spain’s political parties, including those of a conservative or traditionally Catholic bent.
Ms UrÃa said that the Socialists, who run Spain’s minority government and voted against the clause when the draft went through the commission, had told her that they, too, were now in favour of it.
That should guarantee that, when the law – which will also make divorce proceedings faster and easier – is voted on in parliament in the next few weeks, the obligation to share domestic chores will be added to the statute books.

CM,
There’s the further point that once a birth rate gets that low, the country is so weak and unable to defend itself that it will often be overtaken, either by force or by a faster-producing internal population. I wrote about that here and here. It’s the biggest story that nobody’s talking about.

If one subpopulation has a sustained reproduction rate below replacement value and another has a rate above it, then eventually the latter group will displace and outnumber the former group. It’s very simple mathematics, but it’s political dynamite to mention this to liberals.
Why is that? It’s because liberals have a rate below replacement value. The reason why liberalism and multiculturalism and feminism are flogged so bloody hard at universities and colleges is that the existing liberals MUST convince youth who were raised by conservatives to switch to liberalism. Otherwise, liberalism will die when the current liberals die.
The same thing is true in Europe, except that the traditionally European populations are not reproducing and Moslems are multiplying like rabbits. That’s why nations such as the Netherlands and France are already predestined to go Islamic.
An additional factor is that the men who are the staunchest proponents of conservative and Christian beliefs are watching this happen and are emigrating. The last census of the UK showed that about a million men were mysteriously missing. Quite a few of them are in Bangkok, doing their level best to reproduce as fast as they can.

Ah, Nemo gets it. Exactly. Liberals outsource reproduction to conservatives. But that’s not working anymore. The conservatives are simply starting to have such a reproductive advantage that they’re even starting to retake education and the media; it’s getting harder and harder to convert children.
And the missing men doesn’t surprise me. What did surprise me was attending my son’s classmate’s birthday party this weekend. There were 14 kids there. All of the fathers were white but almost half of the mothers were brown (including myself, some Filipinas, and Latinas). Some of the white mothers were from Eastern Europe. Considering that I live in a county with 93% white American people, that threw me for a loop.

How about the body scanner? Isn’t it strange that all the machinery was already in existence when the “failed” attack on that plane took place.
Well, it DIDN’T FAIL!! IT SUCCEDED. This was a FRAME-UP!!
Everybody has gone crazy. The process is accelerating. Why can’t anybody understand what’s really going on?
France knows VERY WELL that by 2020, the country will be an Islamic republic. Same thing will happen to Holland before that time.
Europe is finished. Feminism killed it. The West is commiting suicide on a large scale.
Be prepared to worship Allah because Allah is coming at you through our caring and nurturing feminists. Women in the West are selling us wholesale to our enemies. They are traitors of the worst kind.
Women are guilty of high treason against their race. My God, when are you going to WAKE-UP?
They are taking their revenge(??) and are dead set on destroying us.

From the MGTOW Library.
A lengthy but revealing article discussing the aims of the “politically correct” mentality in regard to other people’s children and discusses how the “PC Elite” has deemed themselves to be morally superior to a child’s parents and are implementing their own moral values into the nation’s children. Since the “PC Elite” does not reproduce (ie: Rad-Fems, Gay Couples), these members of the PC Elite are “not breeding” themselves out of existence, therefore they are going after family-orientated people’s children to ensure their ideologies stay alive. This article is well documented by footnotes and includes the following sub-headings:

Rebel: Allah isn’t the enemy. In fact, I’d feel far safer as the only white dude in a room of 100 devout Muslims than I would in a room of 100 devout white Christians. Radical Islam is responsible for virtually no damage around the world compared to what the US has done under the banner of spreading Christianity and democracy.
In fact, any conservative man seeking upwardly mobile, like-minded communities in the US and perhaps a good woman should consider converting to Islam. I have seriously considered it, and I’m not even that religious.

By the way, the state WILL turn on women once they state realizes that in doing all this for women, the women didn’t produce new taxpayers or new technologies. Hence, their output is worth less than their vote, and the state will turn on them.
Just like the state will screw over the very oldest people by using high inflation to help ease the situation for middle-aged people with mortgages (inflation is the mortgage-holder’s best friend).

Islam isn’t the enemy. Muslims don’t believe in forced conversions (to our shame, it’s taken Christians a heck of a long time to agree on this). It could even be argued that they were the first ones to come up with pseud0-secular states in which people could worship how they chose. Remember the Jews fled the Inquisition and went south to the Muslims, where they were allowed to practice freely as they had done under the Moors in Spain.
I know enough of them and like them. Contrary to popular US belief, most of the Muslims I know personally don’t look down on the US for our “freedoms”, they look down on us for what we’ve done with those freedoms. If we acted like real Christians (instead of debauched and decadent animals), they’d truly admire us. As of now, they think we’re a bunch of perverted lunatics and a scourge upon the Earth, sewing the seeds of sexual deviation and abortion across the world.
If Christians can’t get our act together, then we deserve to be taken over. I agree with Novaseeker that we do best as a counter-cultural movement, anyway. Ours is a faith that brings comfort to the downtrodden. Witness the current rise in faith in response to Christian oppression at home. People who didn’t even realize they were Christians and have never cracked open a Bible are now standing up and publicly defending their religion. Gives me warm-fuzzies every time.

But Christians did that, too. That’s not really a Muslim-thing. If anything, Christians don’t do that anymore because they’ve become more secular.
But any group that gains absolute power will become corrupt and tyrannical eventually. That doesn’t reflect on that group specifically, but rather on the nature of government. As it concentrates power at the center, it becomes less tolerant of dissent at the fringes.
Our fallen world, you know.

I am a History nut. I don’t like present day society, so I find comfort in learning about the past. It is my refuge.
Been so for years now.
I am also quite familiar with the atrocities that Christian inflicted upon Muslims during the numerous and murderous Crusades the Popes ordered.
If someone is justified is extracting vengeance from us, it is certainly not our pampered women, but Muslims.
Now, just think of this: women have so few reasons to hate us and yet they want revenge: that is what they keep on claiming. I keep on reading that all over the Net: they don’t even try to hide it any longer: there must be some truth in that, no?
What will happen to emasculated Western men if the Muslims take over?
Do you think they have ANY reason to respect us?
Do you think they see us a real men?
Do you think they should respect men who are kneeling down and worshipping their tormentors?
Think hard.
That being said, I have absolutely no objection to men converting to Islam.
In fact, and ironically enough, I think it’s a good way to protect oneself: NOT from the Muslims but from our own.
Personally, I believe in nothing. So I will not convert to any religion since I rejected the one I was born into.
To me, all religions are the same: people telling you what to do.
That’s too much to ask from an anarchist. I would rather see the world burn than to obey. Even to god.

While I agree that men have it worse under misandry than under Islam, how is Islam really that different conservative female supremacism? Islam makes it impossible to have a false rape industry and currently Islamic divorces are better than Western ones for men, but that’s it. Honestly, I don’t know if Islamic divorces will be better for men indefinitely. In Islam if a man divorces a woman he still has to pay her a mut’a payment. A woman in Islam can still request a divorce and effectively get the mut’a payment if she received “ill treatment”, the husband is “unable to sustain her financially, or is impotent. This is a hole large enough to put the whole current divorce industry in Islamic divorces. And in general there is plenty in Islam for the basis of feminist thinking.
Otherwise we have an Islamic form of female supremacism that combines elements from conservative female supremacism and elements from feminism. There’s a horde of men with no access to sex in Islamic countries due to polygamy just like here where its due to gina tingles instead. The burka exists because of the thinking that men are evil creatures filled with sexual lust that women need to be protected from which is exactly the same as conservative female supremacist thinking. This is the same as feminist BS about “eye rape/visual rape” and the sexual harassment industry. The list goes on and on.
Black & German proves my point. She’s perfectly comfortable with Islam because so much of it is the same as conservative female supremacism.
Unlike Rebel, I am not an anarchist. However, I recognize that female supremacism isn’t limited to feminism or Western Christianity. I have been pointing out for a long time that the entire fight between feminists and female “anti-feminists” (i.e. conservative female supremacists) is really just a large debate about abortion (and now gay marriage). Your “anti-feminist” woman/conservative female supremacist woman has no problem with 99% of the feminist agenda. Any fight between conservative female supremacists and Islamic female supremacists is about whether the false rape industry should exist or not (and maybe a debate about pork and alcohol). In feminism, conservative female supremacism, and Islamic female supremacism, you see the same alliance between women and men and the top to subjugate the rest of the men that aren’t at the top. That’s why there are so much similarities and overlap. They all have at least 95% agreement with each other and disagreements are really at the margins.

It is stated there;
Married couples in France could end up with criminal records for insulting each other during arguments.
Under a new law, France is to become the first country in the world to ban ‘ psychological violence’ within marriage.
The law would apply to cohabiting couples and to BOTH men and women.
………….

If I am to choose one to prevail over the other, Islam or feminism, it would likely be feminism. We can eventually be rid of feminism, but Islam will own us forever.
I am also of the opinion that once the two meet, a conjoining -NOT a battle-, will result. Islam doesn’t like us, feminism doesn’t like us, and unlike the best defeat I’d want to experience, I wouldn’t get to see Muslims stone each feminist first, I’ll be dead and the feminists will already be orally servicing them (watch them fold).

OM Shanti,
I meant that Christians have destroyed religious buildings and decorations in other countries.
We’ve hardly given up. We’re converting faster than any other religion but the others are reproducing much faster, so we’re having trouble keeping up.
PM/AFT,
It’s true that Islamic-Judeo-Christian (and perhaps Buddhist and Hindu, as well) ideas about family life are similar. Ideas about family life are pretty universal, in my experience and to my knowledge. But that doesn’t mean that one faith is interchangeable with another. Hardly. And we’re certainly not enablers of male oppression. My point was that Islamisation of our country would not necessarily immediately lead to hordes of Muslims going on a murderous rampage and forcing us all to bow to Mecca.
There’s a horde of men with no access to sex in Islamic countries due to polygamy just like here where its due to gina tingles instead.
What do you base this upon? Just because polygamy is allowed does not make it widespread. In Middle Eastern (most Islamic peoples are NOT Middle Eastern, you know) countries men are usually not allowed to marry until they earn an income to support a family. It is high unemployment that is preventing/delaying marriage and therefore limiting sexual access, not polygamy.

If anything, informal polygamy is quite common in the secular United States. I think polygamy would go down and chastity would go up under Islamic rule. As I note in What is Marriage?

Maybe this will encourage men here to watch the videos linked in my introduction on the forum to learn that these are NOT laws and that men have every right in the world to refuse to be suject to these STATUTES which are passed as LEGISLATION by a GOVERNMENT. Look how many of you men here incorrectly call these new statutes ‘laws’. And you men try and say you are the ‘smart ones’ while you are pepertuating the control grid by your ignorance?
Maybe men here are still so fixated on the idea of remaining wilfully ignorant of the real difference between a law and a statute. A law you must obey. A statute you can refuse to consent to. I’ve posted my NOUICOR in full text and zippo comments on it. Any man here so wilfully ignorant here to call these statutes ‘laws’ really does deserve to be a slave.

Black and German, I’m willing to bet that most of the contributors and commenters here have never been to countries with majority or large populations of Muslims. Therefore they are naively ignorant on the subject of Islamic polygamy and other cultural stuff.
India allows polygamy for it’s Muslim citizens only. However, the overwhelming majority of Muslims in India have only one wife. In cases where there are more than one wife, there is often strife, court cases and divorce, which you can read about weekly in the Indian newspapers.
The myth that Muslim women are docile and submissive to their men is just that – a myth.
Some of the biggest nags in the world come from Eastern and Traditional cultures where women are domesticated. They rule the roost with an iron fist. And they will NOT tolerate husbands who do not perform their “duties” of financial support – over and above the call. While a Western women may be less domesticated, she will at least tolerate your bouts of starving artistry and anti-establishment phases.
The-grass-is-always-greener-on-the-side-itis seems to be even more prevelent than one-itis.
I suggest travelling. Not consumerist tourism. Living with families for at least a few months at a time, in their homes, to get an idea of the family dynamics in these places.

Don’t worry Firepower, we are planning on stabbing the bubble. We just want the surface tension to become a little more unstable. Don’t give away the ambush by wanting to attack the front line. Let them think their invasion is not meeting any resistance, then strike at their mobile command center. Give em’ enough rope to hang themselves so to speak. We will still be the one’s tying the knot.
Some seek to starve the beast. Don’t think that passivity is without cause. When it is weak enough, we will slay it. This is a multi-pronged, synergistic assault, in the early phases of propaganda and recruitment.

Well that is the thing most people seem to assume you have to work till 65 or 70 just because someone told you it was so. It is not the case. You can stop at 34 lol or 26 if you made the right descisions. Game is easy. Then you create your own dynamic however you see fit and your woman respects you because you figured out how to beat the system and be able to spend time with her and be able to still have plenty of time to do whatever you want.

Ok. If there’s a grand master plan with even a hint of potential – I won’t knock it.
However, if it’s run-of-the-mill delusions of grandeur – yelling at the TV against “them” and “they” – then count me out.
An idea needs to build its base and recruit. But, when that pool of recruits are jaded morons propagandized into YouPorn and Wii stupor…futility can be sensed.
There’s a difference in recruiting, say, the British Army that conquered the world 200 years ago by comparing it to the simpering UK fucktards of today.
Same basic stock – different ethos. Lights are on – nobody’s home.

I hear you. I’m just trying to be optimistic. We need the yin and yang of optimism and skepticism to guide us where we need to go.
And the grand master plan is decentralized cells of diverse men’s activist, each using unique strategies and tactics with different goals in mind. Let darwinian logic sort out which one is best. Once the line is breached, we will all flood through it. We just don’t know where the crack we should exploit in the feminatrix’s defenses is yet. So best to let everyone go there own way about finding it.

OM and Gunslinger,
Agreed. Most people have no idea what life is really like in majority-Muslim countries. Nor do they understand the dynamics of traditional families. I also am assumed to be a doormat. Although how anyone who has ever met or spoken to (or written with) me can think that, is beyond me.
I think women who live in countries where they are not treated like mere sex objects are more able to expand other parts of their being, such as their spirituality, character, education, and — yes — their powers and place within the home and family.
The guys on here wonder where the ladies have gone. They’re busy in front of the mirror or at the plastic surgeon. They’ve been taught that the only thing that counts is their appearance and sexual prowess, so that is all that they cultivate. It was only AFTER I realized that I’m a full human being and not just a sex toy that I started to become interested in subjects outside of myself. It became a true choice: instead of getting drunk and laid, I could spend some quality time with my family, or stay home and study Algebra, read a classic, or peruse the catechism. You know… have a life.
But I’m just backwards that way.

Here’s a shitty article!
There’s always a danger that laws against psychological cruelty will lead to criminal law impinging on areas which ought to be the domain of mere politeness, but depending on how it’s defined in the legislation this law could serve to defend both men and women against grotesque cruelty in an environment where they are at their most vulnerable, alone with their tormentor and emotionally dependent upon him or her.
Welmer twists the facts, pretending the threshold for conviction is lower than it is and that only men will be targeted, in order to suit his hilariously unwarranted persecution complex. It’s like seeing a law against littering and claiming that it will inevitably lead to men (and only men) being arrested for having dandruff.
Good job being a whiny little bitch, Welmer. If you feel men are persecuted, then I’ve good news for you: The rest of us got together and had a little talk, we’re revoking your masculinity. You’re out of the club. I doubt the women want you on their team either, so you can probably eschew gendered pronouns from now on and just resign yourself to being known as ‘Welmer, the Cockless Wonder’.

Why are you twisting the truth so much? The article you linked says: “The law would apply to cohabiting couples and to both men and women. “, and you wont get hauled to court for saying something negative about your partners appearance, but for example shouting at your partner and calling him/her a fat pig for a longer period of time. Plus, from my own experience, women are more likely than men to use psychological violence, so this law will obviously strike down more women than men. I’m also guessing that people will be more likely to press charges on an abusive partner and hoping he/she will change, rather that just divorcing him/her, which should lead to fewer divorces, and thus more happy conservative people. I’m sorry, but I see no feminazism at work here.

Jake, you are fatally naive if you think this law will be applied more to women than men. And as for your assumption that pressing charges against one’s spouse would lead to less divorce, I really don’t know how to respond to that one. I hope you rethink that before getting married.
